You'll probably want to look at the wiki page since there's a bunch of ways you can craft it and customize it... but you'll at the least want some dye, paper, and lots of gunpowder, then use it in a dispenser.

So the server keeps saying I don't have permission to use /spawn, /home, etc. THIS IS VERY DEGRADING SERVER, STOP IT. :'(

I think something bad is going to happen, needs taking down really.

I think it's just permissions or something, the command wouldn't be recognized if it was vanilla.

I would totally be okay with the server switching to Feed the Beast or Plus* Pack, but that's not up to me.

The server already supports multiple worlds. What we're not doing is changing the worlds.

Server permissions are fixed, so that should open things up again. Apologies (and deep regret on my part) for the stuff we missed while I was out. :\
