Will Ash be still 10?

From the last 15 years of pkmn history, we have seen that ash is aged 10, is it that he has finished his all journeys till unova in a year(practically nt possible even in dreams).. In advance gen and dp, ash look'd like he was 13, bit matured but was still 10. In unova, he was made 10years old.. Dont u think ash should grow like hw we grow in real life? Or just make him grow like one year in each region, so that he gets matured and even get a girl frnd?:-P so wt u think, ash should be 10 in this gen too or he should be made older??
