I want berries to be able to be grown in game again as well. I also want them to be able to be grown in much bigger quantities, like next to the Berry Master's house in RSE, but bigger. I also hope they have more uses as well, instead of just selling to specialists.

I really wasn't a fan of trying to grow berries on the Dream World, and gave up on it rather quickly. It'd be nice if there was a farm-like area in the games where we can grow a bunch of berries at once, and maybe even pay to have them tended to (like adding water/mulch, and even picking them), so we can do other things while they grow. I actually think Flocessy Ranch would have been the perfect place for something like this in B/W2, so hopefully we don't get let down again.

Way back in the days when Pokémon Ruby Version and Sapphire Version were released, the games introduced different types of berries under new names, and along with that... they introduced a berry master! The berry master was a person who lives along Route 123, who grew many different types of berries. And when you talk to him once per day, he gives you two berries that are randomly selected from the twenty-first through to the thirtieth berry. And most of all, the berry master had a wife, who would give out a berry if the player gave out a two word phrase.

In Generation IV in the Sinnoh region, the berry master lived along Route 208. But he only gave out one berry per day which was randomly selected from the first through to the thirtieth berry. While his wife gave out something which was totally new to the game, mulch! Which actually helped the berries to grow more better and depending on what type of berry it is... it may need dry or damp soil, which is where the mulch came in handy.

However, the berry master was missed out in Generation V, due to berries not being available to Unova.

Would you like to see the berry master return in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y? If so, what would you like to see what the berry master and his wife do? Please discuss.

Researching the NDS ROMs...

sure does feel like a brand new adventure!

I'm really looking forward to learning how to understand what the hex values mean and how to create programs using Microsoft Visual Studio!

I hope berries reutrn, and I hope the ability to grow berry plants also returns.
As for the Berry Master, it'd be cool if he gave you a random berry each day and sold mulch. The phrase idea from R/S/E was pretty cool though...

I hope growing berries ingame comes back into play as well. I thought the phrase thing was also unique in that certain specific phrases could give out really rare berries.

I loved the Berry Master's house most of all because he had like 12 plots(each holding up to 3 kinds of berries), so that's 36 different berries you could be growing there in that one area. I was constantly visiting his house back in the day of RSE.

I was never very big on growing berries, but ever since the Berry Glitch took hold of my Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald versions, I'm kind of upset I missed the opportunity...

Of course, I can in Platinum, but Gen IV was never my favorite generation...

Anyway, I would love to see the Berry Master, and the return of growing Berries in general, in Gen VI.
