So glad they made this change; now I don't feel so left out when Japan gets the game so much earlier. The fact that myriad pictures and translated in-game snippets would be made available online was like rubbing it in my face, also.

I'm glad it's worldwide. B2W2 was closing the gap between releases but it still wasn't enough. Now I hope we are right on the it all comes out in the same day, not seperate days throughout the month of October.

I love the idea of this. It's just awesome. October 2013 for X and Y for all countries seems wonderful. It wasn't fair that Pokemon Games were released in Japan first all those years while we waited a few more months or played the Japanese Version before actually getting the English release. Though I wonder what will happen with the anime. I think Season N (considering it is the last season of B/W) will run in Japan through out October since if it finishes before October, the anime will probably stop for a while until X and Y gets released.
