The Random Pokemon Challenge (Revived)

I accept the challenge. Not looking forward to Brock though with just Rattata and Butterfree. Looking at some hardcore grinding here

You're not allowed to reroll just because you want things easier or you don't like a Pokemon. You have to keep what you're assigned unless you have no way to get it. Unfortunately, I'm late, but I'm getting really tired of people doing this and WeightyWillBill is too and has the right to disqualify people from the challenge for doing this. If you plan on entering this challenge again, or any that deal with people assigning you Pokemon, don't ask for a reroll again unless you just can't get the Pokemon. That just ruins the point of the challenge. If other people have to put up with crappy Pokemon or Pokemon you can't get til late in the game, then you can do it too.

It's the random challenge. You'll find a way. If Jayster23 is gonna deal with Brock with Butterfree and Rattata, I'm sure you can pull through with what you have. Plan some movesets or...just grind grind grind. I had a bad team when I did this as well, lol.

Guys i would like you not to forget: Maybe Jayster has tobeat brock with Butterfree and Rattata. But i beat him with Beedrill and Pidgey (Which are both useless against rock types) and i trained a magikarp up to level 20 to evolve it. Maybe use that as an example next time.
ANyway, thanks for naming an electrike after me :D I love it!

EDIT: Not as always, i wont do a part tonight because i'm kinda busy, i just beat Koga so i think i can at least try for the elite 4 tonight and then log it ll tomorrow. SPOILER: Koga was really hard!!

The_Mew was my last Pokemon (Naruto killed Slugma and Numel with Dig and put Camerupt HP with one Dig to half; FatBoy finished Camerupt off, but he got destroyed by an Overheat; the White Herb healed Torkoals states so I had to tribute Angry Bird, so that The_Mew can take a -2 Overheat

Well, apperantly, i do now have time to make this due to tiem freeing up. So here it is: Erika and Koga (And much more!)

So, to start off where i left off. To get to Lavender town, i had to go through the Rock Tunnel. However, when i got there, i noticed this when i wanted to learn semeone flash:


A little sad, because of this, i had to train a caterpie aqlll the way up to level 10 and then learn it flash. It was quite a pain to go back and get one and then train it, but whatever, it was time to go into the tunnel!

Inside, this happened:

Which was quite nice, but not neccesary.
Then i got to that place, which i have hated since i was a child because of its music, you know where.

Overcoming my fear i cleared out the tower and then went over to Celadon. On my way there i met this little fella

Once in Celadon i got the Eevee i needed for Jolteon

And there i got them, all of them. Now to only evolve them:


(NB: I used a fire and thunder stone, respectively, because it's the only way to evolve them both)
Then i challenged Erika with this team:

I easily beat her using a combo of Growly and Boom.

Now, here's a funny thing: I haven't played this game since i was 10. So i did no longer know exactly which way to go. So i took out my bike and went on the biking road and fought all of the trainers there. Then when i got to Fuschia i got Surf and Strength by doing the Safari Zone side-quest and then i challenged Koga with this team:

And now for those who don't know: Here's what i found out:
THE GUY HAS A FREAKING LVL 43 WEEZING AND A LVL 39 MUK
Sorry for getting mad there, but it was a PAIN to beat him, and i thought i would fail. But then, i saw a shining light. And there it was, the Magikarp i bought from that guy on route 3, which i had trained and trained and trained. I send it out and when Koga tried to do something, he was like "Nope, not gonna happen on my watch" He surfed the crap out of him and he made me proud to have trained that Magikarp.

This gym battle may have been less hard than with Brock, but man, This time i had good pokemon, who wouldn't die instantly on a rock throw.
Anyways. On my way to the route back to Lavender (Because i had no idea what i was doing or how to get to Sabrina, only that i could possibly first go to Blaine) i discovered why i did so bad: I took the wrong route, i had to go from Lavender, not Celadon. You can guess how hard i face palmed there.
Anyway, my team is almost complete, they are at lvl. 34 and the only not evolved one is Weed (Pidgeotto) who still has 2 or so levels to go.
So that was it for today i guess, also, semeone pease tell me where i have to go now :D. I really forgot it, seeing as i never fully played through these remakes and only did Red once in my childhood

Guys, PLEASE do me (and Syd) a favor and Read the rules. The point of the challenge is to use random Pokemon. The only plausible reasons for not using a Pokemon is 1. They are NOT available in the game you are playing or 2. They do not fall under the correct (reasonable) restrictions you have placed.

The point is to challenge yourself with this team, so please do NOT ask for any more re-rolls! If you do and use a Pokemon that was not given to you, I won't accept your completion of the challenge.

Although i can't make much of your explanation, thanks anyway. I had to pick up the old woman's tea to get through lol.
Also, i totally forgot Arcanine doesn't learn any fire type moves. Oh well, ill get some tm's for it i guess

EDIT: Okay, so apperantly, i kinda sorta went to the Sevii Islands, which, knowing my luck, require me to complet the Island 1,2 & 3 quest before going back. Hearing of this made me want to kill myself so i stopped for the day. Anyways, here's the next part:

So today, first off, this happened:

Which was quite nice, seeing as now i had completed my team!
Also, on another note. In all my rival battles i have been putting these two up against eachother

Which i plan to keep on going and going. They're like Rivals too :D
And, of course, that picture was shot in Silph Co.
It wasn't hard at all. I used the biggest part to level up my beedrill so it could handle Sabrina. Anyways, Giovanni got completely owned by Jollz (Gyarados) and Diggsies (Dugtrio).

So then i went ahead and challenged Sabrina. I'm sorry for not taking any pictures of my team today, but i kinda forgot :D

Having beaten her I went on to Cinnabar island (Again, no pics, i forgot)

So yeah. I beat him.
I'm sorry, but this is IT for today. I didn't have as much time. Hopefully i can at least complete the Sevii Islands, beat Giovanni again and grind all the way up for the League. OR I will fully complete the game tomorrow. Depends.

I'm awful at keeping you guys posted, but here's my next update:
I'm done! I beat the 7th and 8th gyms fairly easy with overwhelming levels and once I was done I defeated team plasma without breaking a sweat. I leveled up both Beartic and Scrafty to level 80 to get ready for the elite four.
I battled Marshal first since both Beartic and Scrafty are weak against fighting. I lost the first time, but I healed my pokemon and headed for Marshal right away. I was successful in my attempt to beat him and thanks to Scrafty the rest of the elite four didn't really provide much of a challenge.
I made my way up the thousands of steps to battle Iris (BTW, am I the only one who thinks battling Iris sounds and looks like an arcade game in outer space?). Thanks to my trusty Beartic I was able to defeat all of her dragon types and Scrafty took care of the rest. My two pokemon were logged in the hall of fame and I completed the random challenge with the following stats:

Scrafty: lvl 81
Beartic: lvl 81
