GAME: Create a Pokemon (Reborn)

i added a stripe that could be a harness or something
added stick like spike or wing

turned the one stick into two (made the one black to signify whats in back) made the harness into the mane.

I don't know what I did, but I believed whatever was going on wasn't very "Pokémonish", so I just joined the loose ends.

Modified legs, eyes, added rest of body, added basic colour scheme

His anatomy was hurting my eyes. I literally couldn't make sense of what was where and how he was even alive. Tried to make his anatomy make sense without majorly changing it.

- Gave him a neck because the uncomfortable position in which his head was held made my neck hurt.
- Changed his eyes to give him a more menacing appearance
- Removed that arm looking branch thing beneath his head because I don't even know what was going on there. It looked like he was facing sideways and towards us at the same time. It hurt.

Alright, added a new pallete and some new features.

Kept the concept intact, but tried to simplify and clarify it with more curved lining and reduced overlap.

Much, much better. The original's anatomy was physically painful...

some shading and i fixed some errors like his head.
we need to do something for arms. i mean it looks like "hello i have arms right here"

made the wings bigger, and moved it to the other side, gave him claws and made the tail green

Wasn't sure how the wings fit in with the design, so I merged them with the ears, and then I added little details to the grassy neck fur.

You are really talented, Fenneking. You've saved this design twice now.



- The left arm looked like cardboard. Gave it a new position and better shading.
- Added a leaf-like belly cover.
- Improved shading on the ears, arms, legs and stomach.

made the color fit a 16 pallet, changed the left arms position not much left to do to it tbh

Also remember the goal is to create a Pokemon/Fakemon. So just to forewarn people, try to keep perspectives and anatomy in the style of Pokemon. This thread has been a success so far, so loving it. Hopefully I'll be able to put all the sprites in a GIF animation seeing that the owner isn't active on PC for a month now.
