So,this is what you do:

Dark Chains

Dark

The user binds the user with dark chains,making the foe immobilized and unable to move while taking damage.

Power: 40

Acc: 100

Well I never understand why GameFreak didn't insert it in any game although it was mentioned so many times in the TCG:

FIREBALL

it consists in a huge sphere of fire that could Iper Burn (xD) the enemy

PP: 15

Power: 60

Accuracy: 100

Possibility to Iper Burn: 55%

the Iper burn consists in the damage caused by a normal burn x 2
