What Pokemon were you in your first time playing PMD?

I only ever played Red Rescue Team on an emulator, and even then my time with it was brief, though I'm interested in playing more. Anyways, I answered all the questions honestly... and got Psyduck. My girlfriend laughed at me for about an hour.

I was Charmander in Red Rescue Team, with the partner of Squirtle. I still have my file for this and I regret evolving both into their second stages. It just doesn't feel the same.

In the one for GBA, I kept getting Charmander on the personality test. I really wanted to be Cyndaquil, so I redid the test to get every starter, plus others, except Cyndaquil. I was so angry. Only when I finally was able to go on the computer did I read that I was not allowed to play Cyndaquil unless I said I had a peen. Which I didn't. I wish they didn't have the gender-specific choices, I bet many guys would like to play as Eevee!
I opted for Eevee and had a Bulba partner, but it was so difficult I eventually played as Skitty and she rocked the house. I named her Toxic, and my partner was Topaz the Pikachu.
On Explorers of Sky, I got Vulpix as my first result and rolled with it to explore around my game, with Shinx as my partner. I got so wrapped up in the game that I ended up beating it as Vulpix. I restarted it a couple times as different Pokemon to mess around, but never stuck with anything passed beating Groudon.
I'm going to put Skitty as the Pokemon on the poll, since my first time ever completing a PMD was with a Skitty.

I had a Squirtle my first playthrough. I remember having the guide and using it to help me get Squirtle since I don't want to use any other Pokemon.

I was a Pikachu in my first game, which is extremely helpful in the legendary bird fights. Unfortunately I only knew how to use regular attacks when I first played. I also remember long hours with my friend's game guide trying to get a Cubone.

When I first started, I ended up with Pikachu, choosing Charmander as my partner.

I remember struggling on Moltres, and how much Charmander's Smoke Screen helped.

Pokemon mystery dungeon Red rescue team was my first PMD game,I was an Eevee (yeah,I cheated to get who I wanted deal with it!) and my partner a Pikachu! I cried when Aria (Eevee) left. I'd grown attached to that bundle of pixels over the many struggles of the game..

next came Explorers of time! this time I did it without cheating and I was a riolu and my partner an Eevee. we were team Aurora. and we were an awesome team..then the end came >_< I cried at leaving (again) despite the fact I was in my teens :/ kinda odd..oh well,IT WAS THE MUSIC! have you heard that shizz?! it's heart breaking without the cutscenes!

My first one was Blue rescue team, and for some reason when ever I took the quiz, I was always a Psyduck. I wanted to be Charmander, but I never could.

to be honest I didn't like Mudkip as my starter at that time,
but now I always go with Treecko and Torchic.

Relatively certain I was a Cyndaquil, which I was totally cool with because Cyndaquil is definitely my favourite second-gen starter Pokemon. :)

When I first played PMD Blue Rescue Team, I wanted to be Pikachu and got Machop, at first, I just had Pikachu as a partner, but then I erased my file and kept trying until I finally got Pikachu and chose Chikorita as a partner.
Incidentally, when I had Pikachu as a partner, I nicknamed him "Ash"
