[Question] Low HP music and new items

I need help from your side... I need two help in RPGXP with my rom.
1. How add LOW HP MUSIC <Like in Pokemon BW>
2. How make a new plates give new forms to Arceus <I do pictures and entries of everything but it not work... New Table <GLITTER TABLE> allways show Normal type Arceus <But I made Glitter Plate for Light type>

1. Similar to Last sent out pokemon BGM and Last Pokémon message and BGM?

2. I Ctrl+Shift+F Arceus in scripts and easily found it. Look at 'MultipleForms.register(:ARCEUS,{' at PokemonMultipleForms script section. Just add your type and plate.
