That's why he's Ghetsex, ha ha haha ha. What was paedophilic, the Pokemon? He's not wearing anything underneath that large--robe--or whatever it is. Resembles the music that plays for him.

Haha. I - accidentally - read part of a terrible fanfic on 4chan. I don't really want to go into more detail about it...But now that they all got arrested seems to make sense o.o Jeez, nothing under the robe makes it worse!! o____o *covers face*

I agree- it's an amusing theory and nothing more. However, I don't find the concept of betrayal as being "complicated" in shonen media. Betrayal is one of the most overused "plot twists" out there, imo. If kids that watch Naruto and One Piece (in Japan, at least) can understand the occasional sexual undertones, betrayal, psychopathy and such, I'm sure betrayal wouldn't be too hard. However, as you said, I don't think the anime would take it on. They can't be bothered~

It's complicated for Pokemon. It's complicated for Pokemon. XP I've read people argue that the Pokemon anime is more kodomo leaning towards shonen, anyway. Although Naruto and One Piece are aimed at kids, Pokemon's aimed at even younger ones.

...And here I thought Zelda won the crazy theory competition.

Every fandom has their crazies~

Yes, especially on pixiv. I say that about all fandoms though- Japanese fan art rules. They have the requisite shamelessness and craziness I've come to adore.

Dude, you're overanalysing (which is fine, I do too with Zelda). It's Pokemon; I'm sure Dent's "evil side" was just supposed to be comedic. Though I wouldn't entirely put it past Pokemon to make use of an overused plot device like that. *Yawn*

All correct, except for the last thing- it says "goodbye." The person writing that Hiragana isn't entirely tidy, so...

However basic, it's MUCH more plausible than Dent x James.

Despite everyone saying they think Dent is "evil," I will repeat that I think that it's just his arrogance that makes him behave that way. One can have evil characteristics, but not necessarily be evil.

Anyway, the reason why I'm such a ***** about the Striaton Gym Leaders = Shadow Triad theory is because I think Ghetsis is a big loser, and it'd be a waste of their awesomeness to work for that stupid, old, boring man.

...And here I thought Zelda won the crazy theory competition.
Well said, we share the same point of view ^^.

Hey, some people seriously believe that he is. The amount of people that actually believe that is a lot more than you would think.
Ok, this is hilarious!!! As it has been pointed out, Pokemon isn't like Naruto.

Hey I'm kinda newbie and I'm looking for a good debate to join into... I'm an advanceshipper. Could I just add something a bit to the debate (though it's a bit off-topic)? Satoshi Tajiri says that Ash's age was 10 days, 10 months, and 10 years during the time he went to get his pikachu from prof. oak. So that means if we could calculate Ash's age, he would be in the fifteens right? But according to that idiot 4kids, he's still 10. I know Ash is officialy 10 but according to the maker, he's around 15. So does that mean he's old enough to like, have a girlfriend or somethin? Just saying. Cause most shippers think that Ash is only 10 because that's what everyone says and so they go like into despair, saying Ash is too dumb to realize that he travels everyday with a girl and can have a crush on and it's only in their dreams that ash will ever ask dawn/may/misty/iris out. So I dunno about you but I think Ash is 15 and he really DOES like may (or whoever you think he likes). So whatcha guys think eh?

It's been proven CANONICALLY, that Ash is still 10 from the first episode of Best Wishes (both in the English and the Japanese version)

And no offense, but Ash is a bit too naive right now to comprehend the beauties of love, but...you know, that kinda adds to the charm of it all XD

What CommanderPigg said. Even in Best Wishes, Satoshi was stated to be ten years old by the narrator, in the very first episode; this isn't a dub issue. It's entirely canon. There's no debate to what his age is, no matter how people deny otherwise and try to find other ways around it "proving" he's not ten.

So yeah, Ash: forever naive. Considering how he responded to the in-love Cottonee, even the Japanese don't feel he's aged (i.e. changed) at all.

Yupyup. He's still naive. Which is NOT the same as oblivious. He's just kinda dumb and wayyy too innocent.

I really do think Pokemon has some crazy temporal discrepancies throughout the journeys. Ash acted way too mature to be 10 in Hoenn, but... he still is 10 in Best Wishes. *shrug*

Yeah the narrator said that he was 10 like Commanderpigg. My mom even ranted about how he could still be ten which is kinda funny but yeah I agree Ash is naive. Ash still doesn't know anything about love.

If Best Wishes confirms this, funny how in the DP saga he didn't act like 10 sometimes. To me he acted a little more maturely. And the Hoenn saga to an extent.

What you find as charming I find it repulsive.

Just because it's true doesn't mean she has to say it all the time. :/
So she can depress Satoshi more and more until he quits the anime, and then they promote Dent to main character. :D

It's Wishful too, get it?... :(

Ooo, ooo, can it be a magical girl spin-off with ambiguous lesbian undertones with the other three girl companions? 8D Hilda and Leaf can join them later. Bianca would be Iris's civilian girlfriend.

Fighting against the evil overlords that are Brendan, Lucas, Wally, Silver, and Hilbert. Cheren'll be like Tuxedo Mask. And I'd push for Brendan/Misty, every step of the way until he's defeated and killed in typical Magical Girl style.

...This is technical, I swear.

That would be an aweful way for Ash to leave the showXD And I like Ash the most so LOL.
I liked last weeks episode, it had a lot of Negaishipping moments in it.

I've seen some people say that Trip's interest in battling Dragon type specialist, could be a sign that he battles Iris later. He was about to leave the company of Ash, and Iris until he heard she raised Dragon Pokemon, which got him excited to battle the latter....assuming she was powerful. It wasn't until he found out she really had nothing worth noting that he started to leave.

I never suspected that but he was very interested indeed. He took pictures of her and Axew...Maybe to add to his book of cute girls but either then that I started liking that couple just a tad bit when I saw that episode. Iris began to blush a bit once Trip started talking about dragon types I think. I would like to see Trip battle Iris later on though.

Iris began to blush a bit once Trip started talking about dragon types I think. I would like to see Trip battle Iris later on though.

IIRC, she was only aggravated, and embarrassed as Shooti was lecturing her about Ice Types, and how it was rude to be afraid of Ice types ice types when he previously stated she should be afraid of Dragon types as well. Hence her facial expression.

Still, I believe this is the first time a rival of Ash's has expressed any interest in battling a companion simply because of the type of Pokemon they use. If Kibago does get stronger I can see him challenging her to a battle.

He also took a picture of Ash and his Pokemon Pikachu, don't tell me that's a sign of Trip liking Ash tooXD Oh Joy AshxTrip shipping.

No! Let it be Zoey instead of Leaf! XD

He's got a point. Ice-types aren't their only weakness. So are their own kind. Hasn't the elder taught her that, before she left? -_-

Trip takes pictures of everything because it's the most boring basic hobby of all.

i don't know why they still want him to be 10 years old still though. he should be at least 12 years old by now.
