Please help me identify these sets!!

HI!

So okay i'm new here and I've recently just got back into Pokémon card collecting
I was going through my old sets when I came across two sets I don't recognise
I have two of one set, and three of another
The first set are two Lightening cards, one energy that says 10/10 and a Magneton that says 5/10
The other is a colourless card, Bagon, that's 1/10, a Trainer Potion that's 8/1- and a Trainer Energy Search that's 9/10
I have no idea where I got them other than the UK, most likely a trade or in WH Smiths
