"Ugh..." grumbled GrifSpark, as he thrust the Pokeball forward, retrieving his most powerful Pokemon, Poliwrath. "Ok then, let's see how your Spoink deals with this!"

On his words, he threw a second Pokeball into the sky, which landed softly on the ground, without as much of a thud. It was however, open, and clearly empty. GrifSpark smiled, and now he could execute a swift move from seemingly nowhere. He pointed directly at the Spoink, and grinned.

"Use NightSlash!" A shadow flung itself from the sky, striking the Psychic type, knocking it backwards. The 'shadow' perched itself of GrifSpark's shoulder, revealing this creature.

"What's your plan now?" Grifspark asked, although whatever his next foe was, he knew it wouldn't go well. Either way, he could always counter it with his next Pokemon.

Wow, you really put a lot of effort in these posts. It really makes the game a lot more enjoyable.


As Arma was about to call his Spoink back, the pokemon suddenly started glowing. Before Arma even realized what was going on, Spoink has evolved in to Grumpig. And fortunately for Arma, it appeared as if it was full of energy.

"Alright! Grumpig, use your Shock wave" ordered Arma, and Grumpig fired a blue wave of electricity at Griffspark's Murkrow, sending it crashing down.

Though relieved, Arma also knew Grumpig won't be able to hold out much longer.

GrifSpark cursed his luck. What was the chance of the foe's Pokemon evolving mid-fight? But he didn't care, it still had the same type, meaning it would still be weak to the same moves. And this gave GrifSpark a chance to use his next Pokemon, which he had been raring to use for a good week now.

"Go, Dusclops!" He yelled, as the specified Pokemon was released, ready to fight.

It raised its arms forward, much like a Mummy would. "Dusc..." is whispered, before one of its arms dropped.

GrifSpark grinnined. He had a move which would be terrifically powerful, and impossible to dodge. "Dusclops, reel off ShadowPunch!"
