My Riddle:

I was created by scientists
I destroyed everything in my path
I made clones of every pokemon
You can find me in most regions
Who am I

I tend to hang around dark places
Especially places with picture frames
When they see me you should see people's faces
I get hotter and hotter, be careful not to get burned by my flames

It's Litwick. This stumped me at first. Well, here goes nothing! (It won't rhyme)

I'm no legend of true, but I'm just as strong.
My beginning is the end of Reshiram and Zekrom
My siblings are from the first generation.
My end is the beginning of Xerneas.
I'm one more than kilo, and one less than giga.
My type is finally not mistaken.
I'll never SEA you again.

The last line also hints its a fire type ("burn")

I think it's a Ditto?

Ok I'll take another go, not played this in quite a while but no one used to get my old riddles so I'll try something easier XD

At first I'm a pad,
But I'll become very sombre,
Just throw me a stone,
And we'll have a siesta.

Not that many options to go with here, so I'm just gonna go ahead and guess Lombre :D

Despite my appearance, I'm a symbol of my element
My grace is mirrored only by the creatures of the heavens
Once a legend, I was dethroned by the skies
Now I'm merely a rarity in the wild

I might have stretched this one a bit to make the rhymes fit, so I'm just gonna give the hint, that this used to be a very popular Pokemon. It might also be pretty tough if you're not familiar with the development process of the games it was introduced in.

I think that's Arcanine, he was originally going to be a legendary Pokémon but then was replaced with Moltres for reasons I can't remember!

I come in many shapes and forms,
and my origins are unknown,

I believe that's Poliwrath? I saw somewhere that he's the favourite Pokémon of whoever created the games and the swirling stomach makes me think of the Poli-family...
