I haven't gotten to take screenshots, but here's update #2 from my challenge:
-Progressed through Mt. Moon
-Beat Misty (Beedrill in the mid- to upper-20s)
-Beat Rival, Nugget Bridge, etc.
-Cleared the S.S. Anne and obtained Cut
-Beat Lt. Surge (Beedrill lvl. 34ish?)
-Progressed through Rock Tunnel
-Went to Celadon City and picked up some drinks, then accessed Saffron
-Defeated all of the trainers at the Fighting Dojo and obtained my second team member, Hitmonlee!
-Obtained Fly on Route 16 and captured my third Pokemon, Doduo (to become Dodrio)!
-Defeated Erika (Beedrill lvl. 43, Hitmonlee lvl. 33, Doduo lvl. 23)
-Obtained the Silph Scope
-Caught Cubone and obtained the Poke Flute in the Pokemon Tower in Lavender
-Trained my team until Cubone and Doduo evolved
-Obtained Surf and Strength
-Beat Koga
-Beat Sabrina

Yeah,this is my confirmed team. I am going to hack at arcanine since its not available in silver though. I will start updating soon!

FIRST UPDATE: New Bark Town to Violet City Gym
- Since this is the Random pokemon challenge, I've decided to go with a card themed naming system, and named my (female) trainer ROYA short for royal.
- Got my starter from the professer, picked Chikorita randomly
- Generated a Mime Jr. and caught it, named the little guy Jack. Woo hoo he starts with confusion! Oh, caught him with a luxury ball because he's supposed to be mr. mime eventually why not hurry it along a bit?
- Confusion WRECKS wild pokemon, I have no issues getting to Mr. Pokemon's house. Jack's level 7 by the time we head back.
- OH NOES FIRST RIVAL BATTLE oh wait, Jack's first confusion is a critical hit and OHKOs him. The poor cyndaquil didn't know what hit him.
- I continue on, still smashing all wild pokemon and trainers in my way pretty handily. Jack's at like, at least half health when we reach Violet City.
- Bellsprout tower huh, too bad bellsprouts are part POISON AND FALL TO JACK'S MIGHTY CONFUSIONS HAHAA. Same with all the ghastly I meet.
- Jack's at level 14 before the gym, and I get him up to 15 just for the sake of being even.
- Falkner was actually not quite a breeze. His first pidgey fell in two hits but the one sand attack it got in was just enough to give me issues with the pidgeotto. Roost was annoying and I actually had to use a potion or two, but I pulled through.
- Ugh, Bugsy is next, he's gonna be a real challenge with Jack being psychic. Off into the wild blue yonder once again!

Finished with my challenge in Red Version (beat the Elite Four)!

Other remarks:

I hadn't used most of these guys in a team before, so I enjoyed getting to use them. The first half of the run essentially amounted to a Beedrill solo run, which wasn't exactly what I had in mind, but I enjoyed the experience (and realized that Beedrill + Twineedle in gen 1 actually works pretty well, at least in-game). It did take a while to even out the rest of my team members' levels, but it all worked out in the end.

• Battled rival and went through ilex forest and trained growlithe to level 24 at route 34 and then went to goldenrod.

Ok!Its time for update #3!

Started game and loaded from last save.
Went to the gym and creamed the trainers with Legend.
Healed and battled the gym leader.
Won with legend at half health!(Legend was level 25)
Got squirt bottle and caught sudowoodo.
Went to ecruteak and cheated for a fire stone.
Evolved legend and used more cheats to teach it flamethrower and crunch(since it doesnt learn moves after evolving)and also got surf and a poliwag from fishing(taught poliwag surf).
Went to the route where you can find tauros,miltank etc.
Caught a tauros(next team member) and nicknamed it Rage.
Destroyed the gym.
Went to where you can find smeargle and caught a smeargle(last team member!)and nicknamed it Artist.
Went back to ecruteak.
Saved game and closed(duh)

Sorry I completely forgot about this challenge!

Anyways Update Number One:

Hacked in Bellsprout considering he is unavalible in fire red and named him Bel-Air (I had to)
Did all the beginning stuff you always gotta do for the ol' man.
Got dem balls and went and caught a Mankey named Amazon.
Wandered through Viridian Forest and stalled against metapods.
Somewhere along the way Bel-Air learned Wrap and Mankey learned Low Kick and Karate Chop
Killed Brock. I think after I was done with him he just quit.
Got the running shoes and beat the "i like shorts" route.
Went through the Mt. Moon and found an approximate 5000 Zubats. Also taught Bel-Air Bullet Seed over Vine Whip.
Bel-Air begins to learn all the ****ty powder moves while i almost fall asleep.
Amazon wrecks nerdy men and i receive a fossil that i will never use.
I exit Mt. Moon and teach Amazon both the MT moves.
Rival destroys me a few times because of that stupid Pigeotto. After two times, I figure out "Wait, couldn't i just put it to sleep?"
Defeat rival and defeat the bridge people.
Defeat Team Rocket member in disguise and receive my paycheck.
Catch Detroit the Oddish and train him against the tiresome hikers ahead.
Detroit learns ****ty moves.
Bel-Air evolves into the derp of my team.
After too many battles I turn Bill into a human again and he gives me a ticket to the S.S. Anne.
I slap Misty's water types in the face with some of Detroit's absorbs until he faints to Swift and then shot that motherf***er in the face with some of Bel-Air's Bullets.

Loaded game from last save.
Realized i forgot to mention that Artist has sketched two moves,Hyper fang from a raticate and mega drain from a sunkern.
Trained Rage the tauros and Artist the smeargle(shes really weak) to level 28.
Went to lighthouse in olivine,talked jasmine.
Went to cianwood city and destroyed the gym with legend.
Got fly and secret potion.
Went to olivine and destroyed jasmine with full team at level 34.
Saved game and closed(duh)

I'm currently at the Dewford Pokemon Centre, about to challenge the Dewford Gym. If you're wondering why Sai is ridiculously over levelled, it's because I had a hard time with the first gym. So I levelled him up to 23 for Brick Break.

EDIT: and now I'm peed off because I tried to save, but instead loaded -.- So now I have nothing but a level 8 Sai and Level 5 Kyoryu.

Cancelled my pokemon black challenge and the soul silver challenge because I am trying to do too much as once.

Artist sketched acid from a tentacruel.
Went to mahogany town.
Caught red gyarados and destroyed team rocket and gym(artist sketched icy wind from pryce).
Destroyed team rocket in goldenrod.
Went through ice cave and went to black thorn city.
Trained team to level 45.
Battled gym.Lost against clair.
Trained team to level 50.
Battled clair again.Won with only Rage(tauros)!
Went to elite 4 and trained to level 60.
Won against elite 4!
