All Spanish/Mexican hacks have amazing graphics! And this one has probably the best I've ever seen. My 2nd favorite hack.

Pako/Neos is always busy bro.

He rom hack 25% of the time. He usually does a giant amount of work during the summer, now it's winter, i don't really know :|
