It has 336 HP, 394 Sp. Def and 302 Defense. I was confused on what EV's it has because I got it ffom someone else.

Oh, that's good. Add my Pokemon Diamond Friend Code in and I'll add yours. If you did have PBR. Would Blissey be allowed on Random Wi-Fi battles?
