I am really sorry that it didnt turn out too good - i had limited time because it was 1:00 am when i was making it and my mum was nagging me to go to bed! :(

At the moment ... i am really embarressed - i dont know what jurisdiction means :(

I am only 12 though :(

Thanks for explaining it - I guess userbars/banners are more of my area of expertise :)
