Shadow Pokemon won't disappear?

Ok so, I was testing out Shadow Pokemon once again, and they seemed to work fine... However, that seemed to have changed. Whenever I snag a shadow pokemon and it's not their final Pokemon, the pokeball will stay there and it won't disappear.

Here is what I mean


As you can see, the pokeball is still there, and it won't go away at all.

I'm confused because it used to work fine before. Please help :c
