You have a massive Fighting and Water weakness, need to try and counter that or at least change the Pokemon.

Magmortar (Flame) @ Choice Specs / Life Orb
~ Timid
~ Flame Body
# Flamethrower / Lava Plume
# Psychic / Hidden Power [GRS]
# Thunderbolt
# Strength / Focus Blast / Cross Chop

Magmarizer doesn't do anything. Just evolve him so he can finally use Thunderbolt. Lava Plume is a decent choice for the Burn chance, but isn't as powerful as Flamethrower.

Lapras (Transport) @ NeverMeltIce
~ Hardy
~ Water Absorb
# Surf / Hydro Pump
# Ice Beam
# Thunderbolt
# Heal Bell / Toxic

Heal Bell is a good move to have on any team. Either pick Surf or Hydro Pump, but not both.

Tyranitar (Tank) @ Leftovers
~ Hardy
~ Sand Stream
# Rock Climb / Superpower
# Earthquake
# Crunch
# Stone Edge / Superpower / Aqua Tail

This guy is a problem on your team, since he has Sand Stream. Otherwise, he can fight pretty well on his own.

Raikou (Sparks) @ Expert Belt
~ Lonely
~ Pressure
# Thunderbolt
# Shadow Ball
# Calm Mind
# Cut / Aura Sphere

Do not use Thunder EVER if you have Sandstorm on your team. Calm Mind works well on Raikou. Shadow Ball + Aura Sphere makes up an irresistable combination of Ghost + Fighting.

Fearow (Slash) Brightpowder
~ Timid
~ Keen Eye
# Fly
# Toxic
# Protect
# U-Turn

This is the best Fearow can do in Generation IV, imho. In V he got Drill Run, so he's actually part decent... But in Gen IV, he's pretty much useless. Since you're running Fly, I gave him Toxic. He can use Pursuit / Quick Attack as well, but they aren't very powerful.

Graveler (Stone)
~ Naive
~ Rock Head
# Earthquake
# Rock Blast
# Sucker Punch
# Rock Smash / Explosion

Graveler / Golem kind of suck.

ffs so many HMs.

Victreebel @ Life Orb
~ Modest
~ Chlorophyll
# Swords Dance
# Sucker Punch / Sleep Powder
# Leaf Blade
# Return / Weather Ball

You won't get Chlorophyll with Tyranitar, but Victreebel can pull off Swords Dance + Leaf Blade pretty well with its high bATK. Weather Ball turns Rock-type, which is always good to scare away Flying- and Fire-types (but it won't get boosted by Swords Dance).

Crobat @ Choice Band
~ Jolly
~ Inner Focus
# Brave Bird
# U-Turn
# Pursuit
# Cross Poison

I think that's Crobat's best set. Spam Brave Bird. Use U-Turn whenever you need to switch. You'll probably never need to use Cross Poison, and Pursuit only on Psychic / Ghost.
