I'm kind of dumb lol

I know that almost all roms on here are patches but I need someone to dumb it down for me because there's several hacks I want to play but can't because I'm using android phone and don't know what exactly to do. I've tried and made multiple junk files

If you have access to a computer, you can patch the rom there and then upload the patched rom to your account on a site like mega.co.nz, which you can then download from your phone.
