as the title suggests, some pokemon such ad legendaries and certain others are found without genders, which leads to the question: what if they DID? which ones you think would be better suited as male/female? are there certain pokemon that you'd think would always come in a particular one? are there current pokemon you think that should have none or a certain gender?

Just make Reshiram a male and Zekrom a female and I'm happy.

This isn't something Black and White specific and pretty much goes for all generations. That being said, I'll go ahead and move this into Pokémon General.

To add on to the topic, I definitely believe Shaymin would be a female as well as Mew perhaps.

Celebi "feels" like a female, IMO...the way it dances in the air and its kind of bratty / mischievous attitude [occasionally], I've had a conception that it might be female for a long time; because it kind of relates to Ash's Chickorita's old behavior. ^^;

Victini's either way
Kyuryem's a girl
all 5 legendary birds are catchable as either genders
Celebi's either

I don't think I would bother giving genderless Pokemon their own genders. I like them the way they are...I would like Darkrai be female though. She's got long legs. xD

In my mind, Arceus has always been male; Shaymin has been female; Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres has been male, and Victini would come in both male and female.

...Oddly enough, I always think of Heatran as genderless but he's male. :x

iirc Heatran can be male OR female. I have a female one I think XD

I think most of the legendaries are genderless is maybe because they are just of myth and no one knows the gender of them, or because they cannot breed. But it would be cool if the legendaries had genders.

Meloetta is definitely female. Its looks and all.
Celebi was shown to be female in PMD Time/Darkness.
I think the genies trio should be male. Their stern gaze gives it a masculine touch. Plus, I think one of them has a cloud for a beard.
