How could I become a moderator, and not only that, is it even possible for me to become one?

You must earn your way up to moderator position by helping others out and being friendly.
You also be responsible and know how to co-operate with others that are not following the rules. Also you must be able to lock topics and move them to the right area.

As soon as the ADMINISTRATORS feel your ready enough, they will choose you.
