Hmm...I really never played White, so im new to white xD, and i can´t hack? or I dont know how to, so what do i do? wait until i can catch em? + i cant trade..... so i can´t get Glaceon...

If you really want to go Monotype though, replace three non-Fire types with Infernape, Magcargo, and Typhlosion.
