Kanto is the world for Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen. It has a total of 12 cities, islands, and towns, and 23 routes. It has other geographical features such as mountains and caves.

What is your favourite location for Pokemon LeafGreen & FireRed?

For me, personally I enjoyed Celadon City (cause Erika bias) and the fact that it's a pretty graceful city with a wild and dangerous twist cause Team Rocket's casino and secret hideout is there under the people's noses! Vermillion City is also pretty amazing for a city near the pier, and Fuchsia/Saffron City are both pretty big cities for their time! The safari zone is there in Fuchsia city and I love the blocks in Saffron!

I always loved Saffron City because it reminds me so much of Rustboro city. I spent a lot of time around Rustboro grinding my treeko on my 2nd playthrough of Pokemon Emerald and has "kind of likened it/fallen in love with it". The other reason I loved Saffron city so much is because it is the most convenient in the Kanto region. It links up with several routes and cities and is the main center of the pokemon world. It's so posh!!!!

Other than Saffron City, I also liked Viridian City, Cerulean City and Vermillion City.

I like Viridian City because of the drunken old man and the gym and Giovanni. I remember my efforts of trying to get in the gym and failing.

I like Cerulean City mainly because of Misty. Misty is and will always be my favourite character in the anime. I was quite upset when she left the group to take care of the gym. I was more upset that she didn't pursue her goal like Iris did than leaving the show. Misty was also my favourite gym leader in the games.

R.I.P misty in the anime. She will aways be remembered by Ash as his first "girlfriend" and by us as the gym leader to give up her goal just to take care of her gym.

I like Vermillion City because it seems like a very good place for people in general, not just pokemon lovers. I liked the pokemon fan club a lot and loved that it was near the ocean. Did I tell you that how much I love cities near the ocean? It seems like a cozy place to live with really friendly people and seem more like a town than a city. I also loved the S.S Anne and the dock, but I wasn't a big fan of Lt. Surge.

When it comes right down to it, I think Vermillion City is my my favourite city.

i love cinnabar, the reason i like it has a lot to do with how important it is in relation to mew and mewtwo.

Celadon is definitely hard to beat. It's got arguably more to do in it than any other town/city in the region, including the Game Corner and department store. Plus, the creepy old guy outside of the Celadon Gym is still one of my favorite NPCs to date, and it just wasn't the same once they changed him in Gen IV.

I've always liked Mt. Moon on route 4 for its great mushroom yield I get with my Sneasel's thief c:
Also Celadon city's gambling corner for the trainer stickers/stamps you could set on your card.

Celadon and Cinnabar definitely had the most character.

Celadon is up there almost solely for the pervy old dude outside the gym, but it also has the Team Rocket casino and the department store.

Cinnabar is cool because of the fossil lab and the Pokemon Mansion, which is one of the few genuinely creepy locations in the series.

I love Vermillion City cause of its pier and seaside setting but Celadon is my favourite. There's so much to do, it has a great design and you can get an Eevee there, not to mention it plays a pivotal role in the story of Kanto.

Would the Sevii Islands count? I've always been a big fans of the later four that unlock after the main game - especially Seven Island, which I remember had quite a lot of exploration and interesting Pokémon. All the islands are like that, really, so if they're counted as Kanto I'd have to go with that.

Otherwise, uh, Vermilion City? It's got one of my favorite Gym Leaders, as well as a trade for Farfetch'd, my favorite Gen I Pokémon. I like the SS Anne event and the Fan Club as well. Vermilion just has a lot of interesting stuff.

Deeffinitely Celadon City, I love it so much omg. So pretty. Erika's gym I adore too, and that old man I gotta second being one of my favorite NPCs ever, lol. I adore the shopping centre too, wish we had places like that here. x'D All-around a super nice place!
