Looks nice, I love sigs made from icons. But I think you should add some CSS for the text since it's pretty plain.

I like the banner a little more than some of your past ones, that's for sure. But the black part takes up too much space, imo. :[ And reduce the size of the text below banner so it doesn't become too long and go out of the two sides of the banner, maybe?

No good dude, I don't really like same sig and avatars, and what's more, your avatar has that quite colour thing that doesn't look nice, I would recommend you to find a Red avatar with a Pikachu.
