Positions of Pokémon in battle

Where can I change the positions of the battling pokemon? When I use small Pokemon the backsprites (the animated ones) arent visible. Just something like Onix^^

Pretty much for each pokemon. Besides that, I get that error, when I do it with a pokemon

Or better, where can I find the options for the positions of the backsprite in the scripts?
