How to enable surf speed increase?

Surfing is too slow in my game, and I was wondering how I could enable it so that my player can hold shift to go faster? Basically it would basically just be like running shoes except the graphic wouldn't change.

In Walk_Run in function pbCanRun? (around line 25) remove
"!$PokemonGlobal.surfing &&"


This way you can "run" while on water (swimming animation keeps playing)
