No, as you've been told, your signature is too large and you weren't supposed to take the disable tags off of it until you fixed it. You're above 300 pixels, so get rid of that "Pokemon is awesome" banner (the last one), if you want to be within the limits.

I changed it a while ago. I know that the banner is within the limits but I am not so sure about the total pixels of the entire sig(coz there are eggs/pokemon too. And I don't know how much pixels they take up in all. >_>).
