Overall, your team isn't too bad, as all of these Pokemon are quite common in the Uber tier. I'd recommend having a Steel-type to add to your party. Not only the fact that they tank the Dark, Rock, or Dragon-type attacks that none of your Pokemon resist, but they do well generally in rain, as the rain neutralizes their Fire-type weakness. Forretress is my recommendation for an entry hazard setter to replace Deoxys-S. Its typing synergizes well with Kabutops, as Kabutops can tank all the Fire-type attacks that Forretress hates.

I also notice that there are no status moves in any of your Pokemon's party. The aforementioned Forretress has the bulk to set up Toxic as well as Toxic Spikes. At least that is one status move that can trouble your foes.

Another problem is that there are no spinblockers (in other words Ghost types), so I'd recommend having one of those on your team as well if you want to keep hazards on the opposing side.

Base 110 Special Attack isn't exactly the best stat by Uber standards, but it isn't horrible either, so Tornadus-T is better off with Choice Specs, given its already high Speed.

Giratina (any forme) or Ghost Arceus are spin blockers that work well with this team, though I'm not sure which one of your Pokemon I should replace with any of them:

I think that Giratina-A will be the best partner, as its typing pairs up well with Normal Arceus and Kabutops. I'd recommend substituting Kyurem for it. You might also need a move to hit opposing Normal-arceus, and a phazer to stop set-up sweepers and rack up additional damage to your opponent's team.

Will-O-Wisp puts a timer on Steel and Poison types that resist Toxic, whereas Dragon Tail avoids it becoming Taunt bait. You could put Aura Sphere and Dragon Pulse to replace Rest-Talk, but that should be done with Giratina-O with a Careful nature.

Thanks for the help guys! I have decided to swap Deoxys-S for Forretress, because like Boilurn said it has good synergy with kabutops. Also i have swapped KW for Giratina-A as a shuffler. Thanks for the help guys :]
