It's not Level 100 yet, but the IV's are 22/15/26/18/13/9.

That's alright. If you didn't know already, breeding it with a Timid Ditto holding an Everstone will give each egg a 50% chance of having the nature.

Nope, I actually had to trade to get it myself for my Gliscor last night. If you are looking for it, try TheDolph's shop; he always seems to have TM's.
