5th gen game can't be traded with 4th gen game, however, you can import 4th gen Pokemon to 5th gen game just like how you could import Pokemon from 3rd gen game to 4th gen game if you beat the game once(Although you would require 2nd DS in order to import 4th gen Pokemon to 5th gen game).

i don't know how it goes in your game, but in my pokemon white the TMs are the same as HMs, the can't be attached to pokemon, but you can teach how many pokemon as you please the same move..

btw, i can catch ditto for you

You're right, it looks like in Black & White, you can't equip TM to Pokemon.

they can be caught at high level in these game, i already caught 3 ditto lol.
one for myself, one for my friend, and another one for that in-game trade to get rotom :P
so, it's not a big deal to catch another one.

Really? I didn't know you could catch Ditto in Black & White.
From now understanding, I thought game only featured new Pokemon from Isshu Region.
So when do you wanna trade and what do you want in return? ^^

well, you can catch some pokemon from the 1-4 generation after beating the elite four.
you can get them from swarm, fish, caves or at route 11-15.

about the trade, well, i'm trying to complete my national dex at the moment, and i have some pokemon that can be evolve only in trade, so if you can help me with that thing i would more than glad to give you my ditto :)
