A Cinccino Team?

Cinccino @ Life Orb / Choice Band
Nature: Jolly / Adamant
Ability: Technician
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe (Are EVs necessary in-game?)

Moves:
Bullet Seed
Rock Blast
Tail Slap
U-turn / Wake-up Slap

This Pokémon is essential... Why? It's a Cinccino team. :P.
Here is where I need the most help: (changes / suggestions to the above is welcome)

- I can't think of many teammates (that can be found in-game) that would work well with Cinccino (maybe Cofagrigus?). So, any help?

Here is a potential moveset for Cofagrigus:

Cofagrigus @ Leftovers / Chesto Berry (for Rest)
Nature: Calm
Ability: Mummy
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpDef

Moves:
Curse
Mean Look
Night Shade
Rest

Mainly for countering Cinccino weakness (fighting) and to trap w/ Mean Look, Curse then Rest. Night Shade is there if I get Taunted...
