Hello I am looking around to ask if it is possible to use the Essentials animation editor to distort animations like the DPPT intro animations?

I have the two frames for the sprite but without the ability to 'squeeze' or 'stretch' them they don't come out looking well.

I'm not sure what you are referring to in the dppt intro animations(plus its been a while since I've seen them), but I've squeezed and stretched plenty of animations via the editor.

Just put your normal sized sprite on frame one, and then jump 10 frames, turn either the width or height down, and tween the frames.

Unless you intend to permanently skew them, in which case I'd use MS paint or photoshop.
