Omastar: Use this set instead as yours isn't as very good.

Focus Sash
Timid
Moveset
~ Stealth Rock
~ Spikes
~ Surf
~ Hidden Power Grass / Earth Power
EV's:4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Heracross: SD hera is pretty lacklustre because of his mediocre speed, especially in OU. Use a scarf set instead.

Choice Scarf
Guts
Jolly
Moveset
~ Close Combat
~ Megahorn
~ Stone Edge
~ Night Slash
EV's:4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

This set works great for coming in on a will o wisp or toxic to get the guts boost. It will also cover your MASSIVE mixape weakness.

Togekiss: Don't use togekiss as a special sweeper. It works best as a special wall paraflincher. Use this scarf rotom set instead

Rotom@choice scarf(forme of your choice)
Bold
252 HP/8 def/136 spe/112 spA
Shadow ball
thunderbolt
trick
substitute/ will o wisp

This set works magically by revenge killing/ wall breaking. 136 in speed will allow you to outspeed all non scarf threats with 130 base speed or lower WITH the scarf. After it it is tricked away you will not outspeed those threats. You can choose between substitute or will o wisp.

Tangrowth: use lefties as its hold item and replace EQ with HP ice for dragon coverage

Dusknoir: Don't use confuse ray as it is unreliable because it wears off easily and can be cured by switching out. Also, curse does not work well with out an HP regenerating move like pain split or rest. Use this set instead

Leftovers
Impish
Moveset
~ Will-O-Wisp
~ Pain Split
~ Fire Punch
~ Thunder Punch
EV's: 252 HP / 28 Atk / 228 Def

I hope this helps!

Scarf Rotom is not an acceptable replacement as a special sweeper, more often than not it's pure pursuit bait for Scizor and Tyranitar and a major liability.

If anything, get Dusknoir out of there. Defensive Rotom works much better here, as it outclasses Noir in almost every way.

Your team is so nearly UU, it may aswell be.
All you need is to replace togekiss and dusknoir (not a bad idea either way tbh), and change honchkrow who it sounds like you were going to change anyway.

You could try:
~ Omastar
~ scarf hera (beavers set is good)
~ Tangrowth / Leafeon (lose sleep powder gain milotic check)
~ Registeel/ milotic as a replacement for togekiss.
~ Spiritomb/rotom as replacement for dusknoir.

As for a mixed sweeper, iv been trying Luxray and it works pretty well:

Luxray @ life orb
Naive Evs: 204att 148spe 156spA
Intimidate
~ Thunderbolt
~ Superpower
~ Ice fang/hp grass
~ crunch

So many people bring in chansey Clefable or Registeel into this after it t-bolts.

Magmortar is also a gd UU mixed sweeper.

If you want to stay ou, Kingdra and Dragonite are decent mixed sweepers.

I disaprove of Omastar as a lead. Spikes are not exactly needed. You should try:
Solrock @Focus Sash / Jolly / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
- Explosion
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
I've tryed it, and it works a charm for me.

Also, for your Honchkrow (keep him, krow is a good sweeper)
Honchkrow @Life Orb / Insomnia / Adamant / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
- Sucker Punch
- Drill Peck
- Substitute
- Superpower
Gets murdered if SR is set though, cos it's so frail.

Also,T-Tar is an ok Mixed Sweeper, though I'd rather go for something like Alakazam (even though he's long dead, he still works), considering the rest of your team.
