gameboy game question

i have a question. i noticed that they remade silver and gold..
does anyone know if they will do the same thing with yellow or emerald

also was woundering its been a while since i played any pokemon games. i have played emerald, yellow, red, black and i was woundering does anyone know if any of the other games let you go to different regions or is it just the region they are about..

i would love to see a game where you could go to all regions and choose where you want to start but i dont know if its out there
