175 HP / 146 Attack / 103 Defense / 108 SP. Atk / 112 Sp. Def / 154 Speed

- Ember

I kind of screwed this up on accident, but Ponyta/Rapidash's moveset is weak from the beginning, so I might have a hard time later on with such small PP moves.

-moves:Tackle,bite,surf,hydro pump ( i forgot to get ice beam i was going to get it but i thought it would be more of a challenge when fighting my rival's venusaur without it

Just so you know for the future, if you come across a double battle simply put everyone else in the PC. Then they won't even challenge you, that's what I did. The only double battle you should have to do is the 7th gym leader in Gen 3.

Declined Bill's offer to go to the Sevvi Islands.
Went to Viridian City and finally defeated Giovanni for good and got the Earthbadge.

am i not allowed to just battle the double battle? the only thing i did with the 2nd pokemon was growl and most of the time they just got one shotted anyways

I will be doing an Ultimate challenge!
Pokemon: Shroomish
Games: Firered, Soulsilver, Emerald, Platinium.
Other: I will be doing this on an emulator, and cheating a normal level 5 shroomish into the game at the begining of the game. (Except in emerald, where I shall avoid all the trainers I can and catch one in the woods)

ok so i started crystal

got chikorita
went to mr.pokemons house
fought silver my rival
used a cheat to get squirtle
leveled it up to 8
and went off to sprout tower
after sprout i beat the first gym leader
went through the union cave to azalea town
beat team rocket
beat silver again
fought the second gym leader which went a lot better then i thought it would only lost once because i didn't heal up after the gym trainers
got cut and taught it to chikorita
made it through the forest
got my bike in goldenrod
togepi hatched and i was going to use it as an hm slave but in crystal it couldn't learn anything so i deposited it the pc
cleared the trainers to the tree
beat whitney
got the squirtbottle and then went to the kimono girls and taught surf to blastoise
beat silver in the burnt tower
let the dogs out :D
beat the fourth gym no problem
went on to the next town and cleared the lighthouse
surf'd all the way to cianwood city to fight the gym and get the potion but i forgot to get strength and it took abit to find where to get it (gamefreak changing where it is :( in HG/SS from crystal)
caught a raticate before surfing back to cianwood and taught it strength
surf'd back to cianwood and fought euisine
then the gym leader got fly hm but had to surf back because i forgot to get a flying pokemon caught a pigdeotto before giving jasmine the meds for amphy
fought jasmine for the 6th gym badge
went to mahogany town
went north to the lake of rage and killed the shiny pokemon
talked to lance and flew back to mahogany town
went into the rocket HQ and beat them all
healed up and went inside the ice gym where i got stuck on the ice puzzle for like 20minutes trying to get to the gym leader
beat the gym leader and exited the building to have pro. elm call me and tell me rockets are in the radio tower so i went and took them out
also fought silver in the middle of taking the rockets out for the last time. i'm pretty sure that's the last time at least for johto
went through the ice path and fought clair for the 8th gym badge
had to go to the dragon's den to get it though
flew to new bark town to get the master ball
surf right and got to the victory road with no trainers in it boring
fought silver and beat him again honestly 3pokemon i can one shot with bite even if i wasn't lvl 66 not hard
went into the elite four and beat them with only one of them hitting my blastoise and it was lance's dragonite
beat the elite four and finished off the johto part of crystal :D

blastoise lvl 72 surf/bite/hydro pump/waterfall(i would so much rather have headbutt still instead of waterfall but krabby cant learn waterfall)
chikorita cut hm slave(going to deposit in pc and teach krabby cut soon)

I'm sure what you did was fine. I know with my challenge I assumed you couldn't do them unless you had to, so I skipped them. This would be a question better asked to myrrhman (the guy who created this thread).

Most solo challenges I've seen here have just used non-damaging/weak moves from their slaves in double battles

the kanto part of crystal

i got the ss anne ticket from prof elm and flew to olivine city and got on a boat
fought all the trainers on the boat and landed in vermillion city
cut the tree and went into lt. surge's gym and got the badge
went north and got the badge from sabrina
got lost trying to figure out how to get misty back to her gym
looked it up and went to the power plant
went back to misty's gym and got the part after following the rocket grunt onto the bridge
brought the part back to the power plant and flew back to get misty into her gym after chasing her boyfriend away
beat misty and headed to celadon where i fought erica for her badge
went down the cycling road
fought janice while in fuchisa city
went up the sea route to the right of fuchisa
made it to lavender and got the kanto radio card so i could get into diglett's cave
went through digletts cave and made it to pewter where i fought brock and won OHK everything since the boat...
went through the forest and omg gamefreak the forest shrunk and 2 building's went missing
went south to pallet town and surfed down to cinnabar island or what used to be cinnabar island and talked to blue while i was there
i healed up and surfed right of cinnabar island to where blaine is and beat blaine for the 15th gym badge
flew to viridian city and went to blue's gym for my final gym badge
blue had the highest leveled pokemon so far and i wasnt OHK'ing his pokemon even at level 88 i still won my final gym badge
then i messed up and went back to the elite four thinking there was a round 2 like in SS/HG
i beat the elite for a second time very easy at lvl 91
made my way to mt.silver
found red in mt.silver
pikachu went down OHK with surf
venusaur took a hydro pump and 4bites to faint but it went down
espeon was next, 2bites and it was down
snorlax took out my blastoise and i sent in a hm slave for the revive but it went down after a hydro pump and 2surfs(dunno if it has rest or not but lucky it didn't use it if it had it)
blastoise went down next red's not mine just a few surfs to the face to get rid of it
charizard was very easy to take out OHK with surf
and thats it red was defeated :D

edit: dunno what happened when i beat red the game went to the credits for some reason and it never saved after me beating him. do i have to do it over again or is it fine? and ill be starting in emerald soon as i feel like dealing with all the water routes TOO MANY :(

Before I even knew about this, I did it with my Charizard lol. On Fire Red.Called it my "Ultimate Charizard". Though against the Champion, I beat him with Struggle lol. Never manged to get that far with PP still left.

Fire Red

Episode 5

Defeated Gary on my way to the Pokémon League.
Got out of Victory Road.
Backtracked a bit and got TM 13 Ice Beam and taught it plus TM 31 Brick Break to Perry.
Took on the Elite Four and Champion Gary and won!
Entered the Hall of Fame and finished the game!

After beating Brock, me and my Donphan decide to embark on a new challenge: Mt. Moon. The walk was not to be desired. A musty stench hung in the air; Zubats filled the ceiling. Not to mention the fact that the meanest gang of rough-housers was hanging by the exit. Anyways, we made it through.
