While Ninjask seems tempting to use to Baton Pass Speed (and Attack) boosts, it's not really the best choice because of its really common weaknesses and low defenses. Given that Hail teams tend to be weak to Stealth Rock, Forretress can provide Rapid Spin support (even though Sturdy will be broken by Hail):
