Actually i just looked it up and i can teach it outrage but it will take me a while since i need B.P
I have 25/48.
if you want it later it can know outrage
but if you want it sooner then you it wont be able to have outrage
I can wait a while but you know that I want a male and female of every Pokémon, right?
