Yeah, Ruby Sapphire arc is definitely my favorite in Pokemon Adventures. I especially liked Ruby's character and his relationship with Norman. That battle around the weather institute was captivating and it really brought out development between the two.

I used to play it and I still play it on some Game Boy Advance games of it I have, but my main TCG is of course Pokemon, so I can't really afford another TCG with my other hobbies.
