These are some more emtions. They use my Latias on the route parallel to nugget bridge, while walking through puddles.

Your pokemon suddenly pushed you! Scold it?
-NO: (music note)...Looks like your pokemon is overdoing it a little.
-YES: (Sad face)...Your pokemon appears to be contemplative and downhearted.

Your pokemon is walking very close. Pat it?
-YES: (exclamation point) Waah! Your pokemon is acting very surprised.
-NO: (Angry face) ...Your pokemon is so very angry!

Also, dragon pokemon (latias included) in Dragon's Den:
( ) (frowny face) is growling softly
( ) *jumps a few times* is excited

and in Mr. Psychic's room:
........................( ) silently nodded

My cyndaquil said something about almost tipping the shelves over (in the pokemart) and then you could choose yes/no if to scold it ... don't remember really, but i was cute :3

Olivine City Harbor:
*jumps, spins a bit, [Music Note]*

Inside S.S. Aqua:
*[!], jump*
[Pokémon] is happy at the sight of the water on the window!"

*moves from one side to another backwards, [!]*
"[Pokémon] is wobbling and seems about to fall over."

"[Pokémon] seems to be enjoying the boat ride!"

*points and shakes in one sideways direction, then opposite direction, [Music Note]*
"[Pokémon] is dancing along with the rolling of the ship!"

*jump, face multiple directions, [Music Note]*
"[Pokémon] doesn't want to get off the boat yet!"

EDIT:

All quotes I got while I picked up the boat to Kanto for a 2nd time today. I knew there were some lines here that weren't previously on the thread's first post (as far as I've noticed anyway). Used a Espeon.

I'll add more as I find them.

EDIT 2:

Inside Shrine, Dragon Den
*[...], [!]*
"[Pokémon] is being nervously quiet..."

Espeon again. At least I never got this one before.

It's displaying NO emotion for the first one. The next two I think were emotionless too, but you can test yourself:
Bring a dragon pokemon into Dragon's Den yourself to test the second one. And bring a psychic pokemon to Mr. Psychic's house to test the third one (thought it might be [...]).

Confusing emotion!

Hey,

I've found an emotion in Victory Road where the dialogue reads "_______ is concerned about the trap" It's just before you exit the cave at Victory Road in SoulSilver. Can anyone explain? :3

Hey I just joined. I'm pretty sure I didn't see this one

_________ is watching the flow of the river. This was on route 45 and I don't think there was any bubble.

I also noticed that I get fashion case items in towns. I also seem to get more off the pokemon that like me more.

The smoke one is near the charcoal man's hut.

The shiny leaves are hard to find. If you get a certain number and take them to somebody you get a shiny leaf crown and that pokemon is then a 'shiny' pokemon or something. You can see the leaf on the stats page.

I'm trying to investigate the "? _____ is searching for something" one. I think my pokemon is trying to lead me to something... Maybe the fashion case thing she just picked up but maybe not...

Thanks for this, good idea.

I'll leave this open in the off-chance people still want to work on this (including the thread opener...) but don't post in threads over a month old, let alone over half a year old.

Oh!! In Mr Psychic's house in City if you have a Psychic type:
"..."
"..."
"...Your Pokemon nodded!"
or something like that. xD

And in the area where you get Groudon, my Feraligatr went
"!"
"CRUNCHER swung its arms around and shouted!"
I think other Pokemon do that as well.

And on Route 42:
"[POKEMON] is scared of the cliff..."
"[FLYING POKEMON] is flying through the air with grace!"
