I'm here to confess something. It isn't anything big or bad, although I do know that there are those of you out there that will make it seem that way. Just here me out, and you should be able to understand.
I am a Brony.
There, I said it. Now to answer your questions ahead of time. Why? Well, first off, it's actually a pretty great show. I don't know why it's so looked down upon. Would you rather I be like most kids my age and watch inappropriate shows like Family Guy or South Park? Or games that are way out of my age zone such as Halo or Prototype? Such games really shouldn't exist.
To those of you that say "It's just wrong!", you can leave now, you have obviously done nothing but accept whatever today's society force-feeds you. Have you ever heard the phrase, "Keep an open mind"?
To those that say that it is only a show for little girls: Mind explaining this?

Yes, Fyre_Flye is Lauren Faust, the creator of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
I know that there are a few of you that have seen things that nopony should have to see in their lifetime. Yes, some idiots got together and made pornography. It's hideous and disgusting, and something that I avoid with a rightful passion. Don't expect to hear or see anything from that side of the fandom from me.
Of course, who could forget those that down on the show itself, saying, "It's just stupid," or "You're too old for it, grow up and be mature." Do you know how much I have learned to be a better friend? To have a new outlook on life? Hay, My Little Pony is what saved me from a life as a recluse! I have many friends that I wouldn't have talked to that much if I had avoided it.
Now how does one even get into MLP, you ask? Simple, [my friend] started watching it, and as the saying goes, curiosity killed the cat. Think of it like a pool. It's best enjoyed when you just jump in and have fun, as opposed to dangling your toes in the water and deciding it's too cold for you.
If you still feel like hating me for this, go ahead. People are entitled their own opinions, and me trying to make you see it my way would be just selfish. I'm just here to put rumors to rest, and ease myself of a burden. I'll be happy to answer any further questions, though it may end up being another long post like this one.
