Let's break this down shall we?

248.gif
(F) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 64 SAtk / 192 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Fire Blast

Obv set up with Sand Stream. Then throw out a Stealth Rock for some damage. If he's taking hits like a champ, Sweep away (Yes, I've actually swept with him a few times).

346.gif
(M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Suction Cups
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Seed Bomb
- Recover

Everyone has a Troll don't they? This is mine. Hp and Def EV's plus the 50% SpDef boost from Sandstorm to help blukiness. Toxic to watch their health whittle away. And if you need to, Recover until it does so. Seed Bomb for STAB against Water counter.

Lucario_NB.gif
(F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Aura Sphere
- Flash Cannon
- Dragon Pulse

Special Sweeper. Bring in on a weak foe, and one of two things. 1) Predict the switch in and use Nasty Plot for SpAtk boost +2, or 2) Start sweeping. High SpAtk with Life Orb does major damage. Aura Sphere for STAB and perfect hits, Flash Cannon for STAB and Dragon Pulse for Dragon counters.

472.gif
(M) @ Flying Gem
Trait: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Substitute
- Acrobatics
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance

Thinking about switching him out. Wasn't sure on a moveset, so I threw Substitute in there. Kind of a good revenge killer with Acrobatics.

121.gif
@ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Rapid Spin
- Hydro Pump
- Thunderbolt
- Recover

Hit fast, hit hard, Spin and hazards away. Thunderbolt so he isn't walled by any other Water-Types. Just a spinner with added bonuses.

645.gif
(M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Sand Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- U-turn
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Physical Sweeper. Choice Scarf raises Speed and outspeeds quite a bit I've seen. That's all.

IMO, Tyranitar is better off choosing between setting up SR or doing Dragon Dance, but it can't really do both, since it really needs coverage. This set is best for using Tyranitar's excellent special bulk while hitting hard:
-Stealth Rock
-Crunch
-Fire Blast
-Ice Beam/Superpower/Stone Edge
Nature: Sassy
EVs: 252 HP/64 SAtk/192 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream

I don't think Seed Bomb should be Cradily's lone offensive move. It could use a move or two, preferably over Protect:
-Toxic
-Recover
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide/Energy Ball/Giga Drain/Seed Bomb
Nature: Impish/Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers

On Starmie, use Thunderbolt over Ice Beam so it isn't walled by other Water Pokemon.

I'd switch out Aerodactyl for Terrakion or Landorus:

Terrakion:
-Swords Dance
-Rock Polish
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Rock Gem/Air Balloon

Landorus:
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge/Rock Slide
-U-turn
-Hidden Power (Ice)/Hammer Arm
Nature: Naive/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf

I don't think Lucario needs Flash Cannon, since Steel already hits whatever Fighting hits. I'd use Shadow Ball or Dark Pulse instead of that because both moves have good coverage with Arua Sphere. Over Dragon Pulse, you can use Vacuum Wave for priority or Hidden Power (Ice) for opposing Gliscor and Landorus.

I'd say Dark Pulse over Dragon Pulse on Lucario. For Gliscor, I don't think a one-time, big-time Gliscor would work as a revenge killer. It can be a stall w/ Poison Heal, or even stallbreaker w/ Sandveil. You have Landorus as your revenge killer.

Starmie and Cradily needs to go
you dont really need a spinner when you have gliscor, lucario and landrous immune to toxic and not to mention 2 of them arent hurt by spikes.
leftovers on TTar > focus stash. focus stash is for suicide leads and in gen 5 no one uses suicide leads in OU anymore so lefties is a better option on TTar
to be honest i'd ditch landrous because to have gliscor and landrous on the same team is not sucha hot idea both being 4x weak to ice

first i would suggest a change in TTar's moveset

TTAR @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 64 SAtk / 192 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock / Thunder (Thunder against politoeds who may think its safe to switch into your TTar)
- Pursuit/Ice Beam (pursuit good for trapping celebi's, latios's, latias's)
- Crunch
- Fire Blast

3 pokemon that would do well as replacements

Rotom W fairly bulky can be switched into water and ice attacks thrown at gliscor and TTar and also quad resists steel type attacks. It can volt switch in and out giving you switch initiative. Also trick is very good for crippling walls such as terrorthorn, skarmory etc. which allows your sweepers gliscor and lucario to set up and sweep. not to mention Rotom W is a great pokemon to lead off with against rain teams and other sand teams i.e. politoed perfect replacement for starmie

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature:Timid
- Volt Switch (Good for switch checking)
- Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power Fire / Hidden Power Ice
- Trick

Latios replaces landrous as your revenge killer, although he is weak to ice is immune to ground and most hazards and it resists fighting and water attacks which hurts your lucario and TTar. Choice Specs Draco Meteor hits everything hard. The reason why Latios is better than landrous on this time is simple Latios has more type coverage, landerous hits almost exactly the same types as Gliscor, Ttar, Cradily and Lucario in your team.

Latios @ Choice Specs
Nature: Timid
Trait: levitate
EVs:4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Hidden Power Fire / Dragon Pulse
- Trick

Heatran to replace cradily, Heatran is a good switch into U-turn and Volt switch for he wont take that much damage from those 2 moves. He can also set up stealth rocks instead letting your TTar carry it. Your team doesnt really need a defensive wall with rotom and gliscor in your team. Roar to phase out sweepers and also really hurt sun team users (fire pokemon)
Lava plume is like scald good for the burn but if some may prefer flamethrower for the damage

Heatran @ leftovers
Nature: Calm
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 100 SpD / 160 Spe
- Lava Plume / Flamethrower
- Protect / Stealth Rocks
- Roar
- Earth Power / Toxic

With these changes in your team you shouldn't need a spinner because only your TTar can get poisoned and also Lucario's moveset should be

-Aura Sphere
-Dark Pulse
-Vacuum Wave
-Nasty Plot

Dark pulse is better than Flask Canon and Dragon Pulse because Dark hits everything that Aura Sphere Doesn't. Flask Canon only hits ice and rock and Aura Sphere hits them for super effective damage already. Dragon pulse only hits dragons hard so Vacuum Wave is a better choice incase your opponent chooses to kill Lucario with a Mach Punch you can out speed with Vacuum Wave.
