Amanda Smith

Amanda finished up her salad and nodded "Your right there, and at least I didn't go alone" she said wiping her hands with a napkin as she set her fork down. "I'm gonna go and get some more potions and stuff from my stash in my room, so you can go ahead and go, how about we meet at the Pokemon Center" she suggested standing up as her Pokemon finished eating as well.

"It's useful to have a good supply of potions, and I'll have extras for when we're up in the mountains, I might even use this as an opportunity to train"

Sapphire Dillon

Sapphire blushed as he let go of her his hand right next to hers but she was feeling to shy to grab it. She just smiled back and nodded. "Yupp I'm ready to go" she said. "by the way where did Maxwell and Skye go?" she asked as Bea smiled at them.

Sakutaro meanwhile glared at the bunny Pokemon. "Why did you do that?" he asked quietly.

"why do you think Taro? To get them closer together" Bea answered smugly.

"just think of what could have happened if he hadn't caught her" Sakutaro's voice rose before he turned away from Bea and walked closer to Sapphire's side.

Lucia Francisco Bernavard

"Okay, we're back." Lucia looked up and smiled. Danielle and Mienfoo were right there with their plates full of food. Lucia smiled as Danielle and Mienfoo seated down. "Want a cookie?" Danielle asked her. Lucia shook her head, "No thank you. I'm full at the moment." Danielle asked her some more questions and Lucia nodded, "Yes, I am part of the Suicune dorm and the Absol is mine. His name is Samuel and he serves as my second guardian, an alternate to Roberto if you will think of it that way. I've had him ever since I was five and he has been trained alongside Roberto with the Red Legion." She said proudly. "I do have another pokmeon."

Lucia grabbed Tyro's pokeball and opened it up to reveal the Combusken. "This is Tyro, the only pokemon I have that I was allowed to train myself. Tyro, this is Danielle."

Tyro smiled and his eyes darted to Mienfoo. "Whoa! Another little dude! Hey there little dude! My name is Tyro! I am the most awesome pokemon on Lucy's team and I have fun as well! Don't get too close to Rob or he'll suck all the fun out of ya! So, what's your name little dude?"

Roberto just rolled his eyes at Tyro's attitude and continued to remain on watch.

Len stopped and turned back as Alexis caused a a cave in. He sat down and relaxed a bit from the running, glad to be out of that situation. He looked at Alexis with a cheerful expression.

"Ha, your gonna make me Jelious Alexis! Making a cave collapse and all. That's pretty good!" Len complimented, giving a fond laugh. Meanwhile Snype was catching his breath, looking back at the caved in entrance. He had a worried expression on his face.

Mark was still up on his feet, his hands on his knees as he was panting for air. Though now he realized there was a problem with this plan.

"Hah... great job and all Daniel... but um... how do we get out now?" He said.

Jimmy Vincent
Academy Grounds

Jimmy smiled evilly when Rosalyn told him what he had been up to. Was he going to tell her about this 'new goal' that he had? Very doubtful. He chuckled and then spoke up.

"Not much. Just training, and stuff." he said, "As you can see, I got myself a pretty tough Houndour."

There wasn't much left to say. What he had to do was heal both of his Pokémon: Biff and Smokey, who fell in battle against that Jack kid. He wondered whether Rosalyn had some spare revives, but he shook that thought off his head. He doubted she'd have any, and decided that a Pokémon Center would be a great choice.

"So, whatever, now I'm heading for the Pokémon Center. Feel free to tag along, if you wanna." he added, "Let's go, Kaida."

Kaida nodded and walked up to Jimmy, the human being she loved so much.

Alice Crenshaw

Academy Grounds

Alice scratched the back of her head as her opponent was talking to some kid. What was he doing there? He didn't seem to be going to battle at that moment. She looked at Chuck, who was excited to battle. Little the Grimer knew that Alice had a very big lack of self-confidence and that it could make her lose that battle.

"Um, well," she said timidly to Isaac, "Who, um, starts?"

"Where I'm from the challenger, but I could care less. Though you do need to wait for me to get a pokemon on the field. Raizer, there's work to be done." Isaac said having selected his pocket monster.

Isaac didn't even take the pokeball off his belt. Raizer shot out of it, and he appeared ready to go on the field. Orion backed off to the side lines.

"I'll ref. How many we got for pokemon?" Orion asked.

"I got six all set and ready. Ace, Tach, Specter, Cauldero, Blade, and Raizer here. I'm willing to do any number as I said I could care less." Isaac shrugged.

Raizer meanwhile sat back on his hind legs and crossed his arms. He had a crooked grin while he waited for the battle to start. He could tell simply from how the girl stood she wasn't too sure about this. He had years of practice at guessing trainers' thoughts. Especially his own's.

Jack Jacobs
At the seashore
vs Feebas

Both pokemon seemed greatly uninterested and distracted neither really wanted to fight and that was more than obvious. "Alright Shadow make it quick use Night Shade!" Jack shouted prompting Shadow to gain a little focus on the flopping feebas in the distance, Shadow fired two black beams outlined in dark red energy from its eyes at the opposing Feebas.

The battle turned into something different, something surprising, something that had Jack and his pokemon alike looking in shock. Feebas had dodged the attack to the astonishment of everyone. "Feebas used the waves to dodge" Jack said nervously as he watched the Feebas move back into a flopping position where he started with. "Must have been a coincidence" Jack joked as he look back at Blade. Blade's face was straight maybe it wasn't a coincidence that he picked out that Feebas over all the other pokemon on the beach.

"Alright lets try something else, get close and use Night Shade again" Jack shouted (No way it can dodge one from up close) Shadow followed instructions and quickly got himself close to Feebas before firing off the beams. Once again feebas had shocked Jack again, it somehow caused Shadow's attack to miss by splashing water in the gastly's face. (Another coincidence?) Jack didn't believe it this time and watched the glimmer in the Feebas's eyes. "It was planning this all along!!" Jack shouted in an effort to warn his pokemon but it was too late. Feebas had somehow lured Shadow further out into the ocean than expected, the Feebas that was just at the seashore seconds ago had found its way in the deeper parts of the sea.

Everything seemed to be planned and timed even the large wave over Shadow's head crashing down on him. "Damn" Jack sighed as Shadow came floating back to shore knocked out. (Who would have thought that a little Feebas could do that to me) Jack thought "Alright Blade step and and lets finish this quick" Blade didn't hesitate and he shot off like a red rocket heading straight for Feebas. For the first time since he reached the beach something Jack expected happened, in one hit Feebas was done for and fainted.

Jack threw the pokeball and to his relieve it clicked, Feebas was caught and sent to the box. "Thanks Blade" Jack muttered before walking off making his way back the the dorm area.Blade smiled and followed behind happy his trainer supposedly back to normal. "I wonder where Lucia and that other girl are...."

Alexis giggled quietly, shaking her head a little. "It wasn't that hard, it was just a small entrance. If you'd shout loud enough, you could've done it as well." She quieted down, peering at the entrance again, having noticed Snype's worried expression.

"But yeah… we're sort of stuck now. I guess it couldn't be helped. Those Pokémon looked really vicious…"

Daniel stood up again, taking in a deep breath of air. "Heh, thanks. I guess there's only really one way now…" He turned his head, looking further into the tunnel they were now stuck in. It seemed to be going ever so slightly upwards.
He waited for a few moments before looking back at the others, a wide, excited and adventurous smile was on his lips as he gestured for them to follow. "Come on! Let's see where this leads. There's bound to be another exit somewhere."

Alexis looked up as Daniel began moving. "Oh, break time is over. We better keep going, you two." She moved onto all four once again and strolled along, up near Daniel, providing at least some light. She turned her head slightly to Snype for a moment, before looking back ahead of her.
"So, uhm… Snype, you eat minerals? Why not just… you know, regular food?"

Danielle Accola - Academy Cafeteria

Danielle smiled to the fact that she has a dormmate. She doesn't feel alone anymore.

She was almost finished with her food. Her plate of fettuccine alfredo was empty, her bottle of cola was half-empty, she ate all of the cookies, and Mienfoo was still eating Danielle's cup of chocolate pudding. Apparently he was still hungry, and the berry salad did not fill him up.

The Absol she saw when heading to the table also belonged to Lucia. A little while ago the Absol headed outside with Diana. Apparently the Pokemon was sent to train Diana a little about commands. Danielle felt warm on the inside, to the fact that Lucia's Pokemon are really loyal to each other, just like how she and Mienfoo are loyal to each other.

"Yes, I am part of the Suicune dorm and the Absol is mine." Lucia responded. "His name is Samuel and he serves as my second guardian, an alternate to Roberto if you will think of it that way. I've had him ever since I was five and he has been trained alongside Roberto with the Red Legion."

"Red Legion?" Danielle asked. "I....heard a bit about it at my old school, but I wasn't sure what exactly is."

Then, Lucia introduced another Pokemon. She took out a Pokeball, and out came a Combusken. It stretched out, and yawned.  "This is Tyro, the only pokemon I have that I was allowed to train myself. Tyro, this is Danielle."

"Why hello, Tyro." Danielle greeted. "This is Mienfoo, my Pokemon. Say hi, Mienfoo!"

Tyro got close to Mienfoo, eyeing his presence, and smiled. "Combusssssssken!"

"Mienfoo!" Mienfoo replied to Tyro, and smiled as well. It made a bit sense that they're both the fighting type, they would get along quite well. Mienfoo kept talking to Tyro, seeming as he wants to be his friend, same to Tyro.

"Oh look, Lucia!" Danielle exclaimed. "Mienfoo and Tyro are getting along already!"

→ oak town

Xylo and Ragnar had gone together to find the pokémon center and heal their pokémon, while the others continued exploring the town randomly. Strangely enough, Ragnar was in a much better mood than Xylo, even though the blonde boy had won. He found the taller boy annoying but at least it was good that he didn't find Xylo annoying back, he supposed.

When their pokémon were healed up, Ragnar suggested that they should try and find even more Raikou members to get to know, but Xylo said that he wanted to take a walk with his pokémon. Alone. Ragnar shrugged and left the younger boy alone as they both left the pokémon center in different directions.

The blonde boy was thoughtful as he strolled away from the center of Oak Town without thinking about where his feet took him. He had already won his first battle here, but it felt strange. Maybe it was all these new people whom he found annoying but who still wanted to give him a chance. Maybe... he should give them a chance. He had never had a hard time making friends; he wasn't a weirdo. But he usually chose what friends he wanted, they didn't force themselves upon him like now.

Suddenly one of the pokéballs at his white belt cracked open. His Butterfree emerged and giggled happily at him.

"Princess," he said with a soft smile. His very first pokémon, captured as a Caterpie. She always knew how to bring forth his sweet side, unbeknownst to himself.

→ beach

He took a look around. Where had he ended up? Oh, a warm sea breeze ruffled his hair. He was at a beach. But not one of those where the students relaxed and played; this one was relatively empty, only a few students here and there sunbathing, and a couple surfing further down the beach. The sand was a dark color, compared to most of the beaches where the sand was almost white or yellow. Xylo went down to the water but not near enough to get himself wet. He wasn't the kind of kid who took off his shoes and ran happily through the waves...

With shifty eyes, he made sure that nobody was looking right at him. His shoes quickly came off and his pants were rolled up. Then he tip toed slowly through the shallowest part of the waters with a content face. Princess dipped her feet in the ocean and giggled equally contentedly. Maybe this island is bearable after all.

A deeper, louder noise than the sound from the light, rolling waves reached Xylo's ears. He suddenly spotted a large wave heading their way. Very close already. "Oh-oh," he had time to say, before the wave swallowed him and Princess both. Now, it wasn't excessively big; only bigger than your usual tiny one. Xylo and the Butterfree were washed ashore, drenched from head to foot. With not a few swear words that did not fit a twelve year old, the boy got up and kicked up some wet sand with his bare feet. His shoes had been dropped, but lay just some meter higher up on the shore. And next to them lay...

"Magi! Magikarp!" the helpless creature flailed.

Princess shook her wings rapidly to get the water off, then she jumped over to the fish in the sand.

"What is that... Oh, a Magikarp of course," Xylo said, frowning. "Not a very attractive nor strong pokémon. Let's go," he told Princess.

The Butterfree, having a kind heart but almost always obeying her trainer, fluttered off towards him and left the fish laying, Splashing about in panic.

The splashing noises annoyed Xylo when he sat down a small distance away and put on his soaked shoes onto his wet feet. "Ah, stop that!" he shouted to it. The Magikarp did stop flailing about, but breathed heavily and stared with its big eyes and small pupils at the boy.

He sighed and walked over to the fish, picking it up in an attempt to toss it back into the water. It was heavier than he'd expected, and it didn't exactly smell roses and love like Princess did. Nevertheless, it got back into the less shallow waters and Xylo, still with a frown, watched it splash about in a much happier way than before. Princess joined it in the splashing and it was obvious that the Magikarp was eternally grateful.

"Oh, for crying out loud, it was nothing. You'd been flushed out by the next big wave even if I'd done nothing," Xylo said with an irritated voice.

Even so, the pokémon kept smiling and jumping happily up and down. Xylo kept getting annoyed with it. I can't even capture it, he thought, because it's not worth anything in a battle. Then again... he looked at Princess. She wasn't a fighter either, even if she could hold her ground and deliver some annoying powder techniques when necessary. And he liked her. Well, beating a Magikarp might not yield much but it could be a battle anyways.

"Princess. Psybeam," he said.

Princess was a bit surprised, and the Magikarp was very surprised. For a second, nothing happened. Then Princess decided that it would be best to follow her master's rule and delivered a purple wave right at the fish, who got pushed back into the shallowest water and lost a lot of its mobility. With an offended look - it thought it had made a friend here but was backstabbed! - it retaliated... with a Tackle! It struck Princess right on since the Magikarp jumped up using its strong tail fin. But it didn't hurt her much.

"String Shot," Xylo said.

Princess obeyed and giggled while she tied the fish down and made it unable to move its fin enough to be able to jump again. Then, Magikarp retaliated by... Splash. It didn't do, uh, anything at all really.

"Sleep Powder," Xylo said, while wondering if this could even be called a battle at all.

The Magikarp was easily hit by the powder and was affected by it. It could hardly keep its eyes open but it saw how the Butterfree suddenly seemed to attack its own trainer. It stuck a hand down in a pocket of his pants, making the trainer fret and try to wave her away. The result was that the Butterfree got pushed away but something fell out from the pocket and rolled all the way up to Magikarp and touched it... then the fish fell asleep.

*ping* The pokéball quickly came to a stop after having sucked in its prey. Xylo didn't believe his eyes.

"I... captured a... Magikarp? PRINCESS!" he raged and turned around, ready to strangle the ever giggling Butterfree. But for once, she wasn't giggling at him. Instead she just fluttered at a constant height in the air and looked into his eyes with her big, deep ones. Xylo sighed. Oh well. If he remembered correctly, Magikarps eventually evolved. Into something stronger, hopefully.

Kilik Chambers

Kat seemed a little busy humming her song. Kilik can wait for her reply later. Kilik, Ruby & Kat were now at the Power Plant. Electric Pokemon roamed around this place. An electric Pokemon would be helpful in Kilik's team.

"I'll meet up with you ladies later. I'm gonna see what kind of Pokemon I can catch." Without another word, he returned Yaibe, Mistress & Pierce back into their Pokeballs. This place can't be too crowded. He waved Kat, Ruby & Kiyoko a farewell for now & walked away into an area of the Power Plant.

This place looked amazing, but best to stay cautious. "What Pokemon can I catch?" After a few minutes of looking around, something bit him. No, Kilik's backpack. It dropped & he turned to see a Shinx eating out of his food in his backpack. "Deja vu..." He whispered. Perhaps this Shinx would want to join him. Just as Kilik reached for his Great Ball, the Shinx stared at him confidentally. Perhaps he's accepting his challenge. Well that's just fine with Kilik. "Get ready Pierce!" Kilik threw his Great Ball & out came Pierce. Not a trainer battle, but at least Pierce gets to battle anyway.

(Ooc: The battle will commence on my next post.)

Megan Sandoval - Oak Island Pier; Town Streets

"Espeeee!" Bree and Mimi ran ahead of Megan from the Island Pier. Megan was pushing a large cart which had her luggage, as well as her Pokemon supplies. Her new place, which was a cottage not far from the shore, is waiting for her. She was hoping she would get there, rest, and start her job as a specialist for the Bug and Grass Types. She was told to meet with the administrators in two days to complete paperwork.

To Megan, the scenery was amazing. There were so many plants she hasn't seen in her life. Being a woman surrounded with plants and flowers throughout her life, she wanted to take each of the flowers home and create a bouquet. Suddenly, Mimi came up to Megan with a red tropical flower in her mouth. She smiled and handed it to Megan.

"Thank you, Mimi." She replied, and placed the flower inside her green hair. They continued to walk, as they were now on the streets of Oak Town. "Girls, the apartment complex is not that far now, so we're almost there!"

"Bayyyy." Mimi replied, as she stared at the medium-sized buildings around her. Some of the buildings were shops, restaurants, and residences. The apartment complex was right in front of her, which makes the street a cul-de-sac.

Several minutes later, they have arrived, checked in the complex, and moved inside the small apartment. The good thing about the apartment is that it's furnished, and all the utilities are paid. So for Megan, it wasn't as much for her to pay except for rent. The room was at the top floor, with the balcony having a terrific view of the sea. The living room had a small couch, armchair, coffee table and a small entertainment center with a 27 inch plasma TV. The room was surrounded with flower portraits...which was Megan's favorite part.

Megan left her luggage on the floor and threw herself on the couch. It deflated a bit due to her weight. Bree jumped up on Megan and curled up besides her, as Mimi kneeled and laid her long neck beside her head. "You guys, we're home. Tomorrow, our journey begins."

Lincoln West

"Okay, cool." Lincoln nodded as he got to his feet. "I'll swing past my place and see my pops, then head over to the pokemon center to meet you. And yeah, it could be a good chance to train your new Abra, y'know? Anyway, see ya!" He called out and waved as he made his way across the cafeteria.

It was nice to have a couple of friends around his own age, he thought as he walked through the hallways. Travelling around with his dad had never left much time for friends, and within a day of coming to this island he'd already met Dan and Manda. He'd have to introduce them sometime, they'd make a cute couple.

Nika Valentine

Nika made her way through the grass fields surrounding the academy, kicking stones ahead of her and generally making a racket. All the better to scare out a wild pokemon to battle, since she had zero luck finding another student to battle. This way - making a spectacle of herself in an open field - either a wild pokemon would jump out to defend its territory or another trainer would spot her and come over to see just what the hell she was doing. Either was fine with her.

Lucia Francisco Bernavard

Lucia smiled when Danielle mentioned her hearing about the Red Legion. "Ah, so you have heard of them. Tell me Danielle... do you know what the Red Legion is?" Lucia thought it strange that Danielle would know about the Red Legion, yet not react to who Lucia was. Perhaps Danielle had not even heard of her parents and the students in her school were only interested in how powerful the Red Legion was? It was true that the Red Legion did leave a mark wherever they went and she knew her father had traveled all over Kanto so it was possible that was how the school found out about them.

Meanwhile Diana had finally collapsed onto the grass, completely exhausted. Samuel glared down at her. "And you call yourself a warrior? You cannot even survive for less than ten minutes on a training that I perform every day. You will need much work before you can even call yourself a Bernavard." He said with disappointment dripping in his voice.

Diana barely had enough energy to look up at him, "I w-will be the b-best!" She stammered out as she struggled to stand back up and fell back onto her stomach with a soft poof. Samuel simply narrowed his eyes and grabbed her with his mouth and put her on his back and walked back through the hallways. Diana's weight was nothing to him and the Aron was amazed as he walked back to the cafeteria, up to Lucia and dropped the exhausted Aron off.

"Almost killed her eh?" Roberto asked. Samuel just grunted in surprise.

Lucia picked up Diana and put her on her lap and petted the Aron. "Danielle, Mienfoo, this is Samuel, my second protector." Samuel just glanced at the two and nodded his head. He was about to sit down but Tyro grabbed him, "Dude! This is Mienfoo! Mienfoo, this is Sammy! An awesome dude, but a joy kill like Rob!"

Samuel just growled, "Let me go Tyro." Tyro just smiled and rubbed Samuel's head.

Jason Tyreal Wolf

Oak Town shoreline: Patience are for hospitals.

It had been most likely more then an hour. Jason has sat there on the beach a bobber in the water without a bite for this entire time. Finally he crack and reeled in the line. He grumbled to himself. Having waited there that long he'd have rather caught a Magikarp then nothing. Then again Jason knew Magikarp could be pretty nasty especially after they evolve. Packing up his rod Jason headed into town. He'd ignored his stomach's growls and grumbles for long enough. Jason found a small café and stopped by for lunch.

Jason slid into a booth and scanned over the pamphlet with the specials on it in the middle of the table. He 'mmed' and 'huhhed' over the specials for a minute before a waitress arrived. He ordered a chicken and gnocchi soup and a Mt. Dew. Then he added mozzarella sticks to that order when the waitress came back with his drink. Here on a tropical island you wouldn't expect a hot meal to be preferable, but with it being November the weather wasn't as tropic. Maybe somewhere in the sixties or seventies. Pleasant weather sure, but not hot. Jason ate every bit of his lunch, and was satisfied. He left the cash at the table, and made sure to leave a tip. Streamlining things was always easy for Jason. Take out the least important thing, and you can go right on to the next most important.

With his hunger satisfied Jason began to head back towards his place. Well it wasn't really his place. With this job being Jason's first real salary he only had his minimal savings to find a place to stay. Of course there was the academy, but living where you work didn't appeal very much to Jason. He had been able to find a place to rent in town. A bookstore was renting out it's top floor apartment. So that's where Jason had decided to stay. The little store was down on main street, but Jason headed around to the back through the allies to avoid main street. He did purely by his own will. He didn't want to have to come through the store every time he came in.

Today as Jason came in the back he found the old man who owned the story attempting to grab a book from the top of a shelf. Rolling his eyes Jason grinned seeing the old shopkeeper struggling. The old man was just funny like that. Jason walked over and grabbed the book for the man.

"You really should get a step ladder or something. I'm not gonna be here half the day, and I can't be expected to be here the other half either." Jason said before heading upstairs to his apartment.

The old man laughed to himself and went back into the store. Upstairs Jason headed to his bedroom and sat down on the bed. He flipped on the television and let his mind melt for a while.

Alice Crenshaw
Academy Grounds

Alice gulped down as a Quilava popped out of a Pokéball that her opponent had. Apparently, it was known as Raizer. Seeing that Chuck was very eager to start, she pointed at the Fire-type Pokémon and, with a voice tone that showed lack of self-confidence, shouted,

"Um, Chuck, step up!"

Chuck the Grimer stepped (although he had no legs) forward, strretching his gooey arms and smiling. He seemed to have a lot of energy, and was willing to give it all he got in that battle against that Isaac boy.

"Well, um, here I...here I come!" Alice said, "M-Mind if I start?"

Valorie Ryder - Academy Grounds
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Valorie prepared to order Fraxure to use counter again only to be faced with a dragonbreath attack. That wasn't as expected. Luckily Fraxure managed to withstand the attack, albeit having taken heavy damage from it. The armored pokemon stood up straight and seemed to puff out her chest defiantly, as if mocking the use of indirect attacks. Valorie however only found this concerning. She quickly decided that a more aggressive tactic might be necessary to prevent major failure.

"Fraxure, use Night Slash!"

Fraxure, after a brief moment, dropped her act and charged the flygon, her tusks glowing with a dark energy. It seemed she intended to strike with them! One might not want to catch a direct blow from this, as it could do insane amounts of harm if not at least partially mitigated. On the other hand, it wasn't /that/ difficult to try and protect oneself from being hit from a 'critical' angle. Valorie of course stood there watching with a focused expression on her face. Her plan hadn't yet come full circle.

Olivia Wolf -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Olivia observed the way they went, that it wasn't too difficult to find if one were actually looking for it. It was however subtle enough to avoid detection by random passerby. When she entered she felt as if she were in a movie, though she wasn't sure which one. She hoped it wasn't a horror movie. Kenshin told her to make herself at home and she just sort of looked a bit puzzled. ...It wasn't like he was going to take long to get what he needed, right? Didn't boys tend to be better about that stuff? As she looked around, somewhat surprised to find actual technology rather than simply some humble furnishings like you might expect from a kid, she mused to herself that perhaps he kept his stuff burried in a secret chest too~ She of course would never tell Kenshin that his quirks amused her. Why, that would be uncouth!

When Kenshin came back she gave him a knowing smile before turning her back on him, her comically long hair swaying as she turned.

"Alright~ Let's go! Maybe if we're lucky we'll find pokemon to catch!"

And so she turned and moved along, out of the base and back across to the plains. As she crossed they passed ratatta, sentret, and other such common plains pokemon. Non of them seemed to grab Olivia's attention for more than a moment. That is, until she came across a buneary. The buneary stopped where it stood and faced the two humans, looking both irritated at their presence and scared, as if it couldn't decide whether to fight or run. To be fair, buneary were well known for running from danger. Relatively speaking, this one was actually probably braver than most.

After a particularly long moment of hesitation, Olivia pulled out one of her pokeballs and directed Kenshin's attention to the wild buneary by pointing at it. Judging by her tone, she found the pokemon absolutely /adorable/.

"...I want that..!"

Elizabeth - Classroom
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Eliabeth just sort of looked up at Takumi with this victimized look on her face all 'Why do this to me? Your idioms and mannerisms are confusing and make my head hurt!' How did one 'take' someone's time? What was an obligation? Why couldn't people speak /normal/?! Gosh! Pokemon weren't even any better, as they couldn't speak at all. She couldn't remember the last time someone had spoken in a manner that was... easy for her to understand. It made her want to cry for her lost home. Or at least, it would've... a long time ago. While she was, chemically and physically speaking, ten years old her knowledge was significantly greater than your average ten year old. This was of course limited by her eternally ten year old brain, but an extra dozen years to learn really helped even a ten year old get smarter.

"..."

She honestly wasn't sure what to say to Takumi.

"I-I'm sorry... I'm not... very good at speaking..."

She honestly seemed kind of upset by this admittence. To her, she didn't understand why everyone here had so much trouble understanding her honestly.

~Oak Town

Chris finally arrived at the academy. Well, not technically the academy itself. He has arrived at the bustling town of Oak.

Thinking that it would be a good idea, Chris got his Pokeball, containing his very quiet Buizel and threw it in the air.

The Pokeball opened and it released the quiet Jet.

"So Jet, how about strolling in Oak Town before heading to the academy?" Chris asked.

"..." Jet replied.

"...Okay. We'll just head to the Pokemon Center first to heal you guys up, then we can stroll through the town, and head on to the academy? How's that sound?" Chris asked the quiet Buizel.

"..." Jet said.

"Okay! Let's go!" Chris finally said as he is heading to Oak Town's Pokemon Center.

Snype walked on through the cave following the others. He remembered that he had never exactly answered Alexis' question before. He was a bit dissapointed that they were trapped now and had to take another exit but he was more worried that there wouldn't be an exit at the end of the tunnel.

"Oh, it's a diet we Sableye have. We feed on minerals and Gems. I don't wanna go through the whole biology of with all since I don't pay attention to it much myself but to us, it's pretty darn tasty. Our teeth are sharp enough to chomp through hard material like that..." He said as he grabbed onto a rock and gave a big chomp onto it.

"Mmm... generic tasting but eh. It works." Snype said with a big smile.

"I sure hope there's an exit up there. I pray that this path dosn't lead to a dead end." Mark said. The Gligar was still following them from up in the ceiling, gliding along to keep itself in the air. It had a fond interest in Snype's gem like eyes for some reason.

Jack Jacobs
Academy Grounds

Jack made the ever so familiar trip back to the pokemon center and saying the words ever trainer has said more than a million times "Hi Nurse Joy can you heal my pokemon for me please" and like always she responded with a smile and a nod before taking Jacks six pokeballs and placing it on a rack. She made a short walk to a healing machine and before he knew it the pokemon were good as new and ready for action again. As Jack was handed his pokeballs and they were clipped to his belt once again Jack decided to start the implementation of his rotation plan. Jack looked over the pokemon in his box for possible switches and with a whole of five pokemon to choose between it wasn't an easy choice for him to make.

Rocky(lvl 29) for Grip(lvl 20)

TO send one of his original team to the box was hard on Jack but he made the choice of switching power for power.

Giga(lvl 28) for Whirlwind(lvl 20)

Jack caught the flying type early in his adventures on the island and has now decided to give her a chance to shine.

That was it Jack exchanged and left the pokemon center, mind still a little confused about what his next move might be. The mountains? Or would he go deep into the forest? Jack took out his map again wondering about his next decision. "Where to go? Where to go?" Jack pondered

Danielle Accola - Academy Cafeteria

Lucia was quite surprised that Danielle knew about the Red Legion, a group Roberto the Scizor was part of. She heard about the group in her private school, but knows no other information about it. Roberto is Lucia's guardian. Roberto is like Mienfoo to an extent...only exception is that Mienfoo was raised from an egg.

"I don't know anything about it. I heard of the name floating around my old school. I just...never got to ask anyone about it. You know, me and my dedications & stuff that are always in the way." She chuckled a bit and smiled.

Both Mienfoo and Combusken were getting along very well. Mienfoo was laughing at the Combusken, being silly around him. Danielle felt that since both are fighting-types, they would get along easily...and they did. Danielle started to clean up the trash and the dirty utensils and piled them up on the red tray.

All of the sudden, Diana and Samuel, Lucia's Absol, returned back. Diana jumped on Lucia's lap. Lucia started to pet the little Aron, and both smiled at each other. Tyro apparently grabbed Samuel and introduced him to Mienfoo. They both nodded, while Tyro was still being silly.

"Oh, that's so adorable." Danielle commented on Diana, and smiled. She started to remember when Mienfoo was recently hatched. She had him in his arms all the time. But at the same time he was a potential fighter. "I remember when I had Mienfoo that way. He was a sweetie when he was recently hatched."

Mienfoo started to yawn, which also reminded her of when he was little as well. "What, Mienfoo? You're tired already?"

"Mienfoooo" he replied.

"You're probably stuffed from the salad...and the pudding you took away from me. Don't worry, we're going to explore a little bit of the school, then we'll go back to the dorms okay?"

She then turned to Lucia. "Want to go keep exploring the school with us for a little bit?" Mienfoo volunteered to throw away the tray full of trash. "Primarily, I need to find where my classes are. I have uhh..." She then pulls out her schedule and eyes on the first class in the morning. "I have Grass and Bug Expertise first thing in the morning. Ugh, it's going to be a pain to get up."
