Don't use Brick Break on Charizard. While it benefits from Tough Claws, I don't think it's worth it. Roost should be the secondary option to let Charizard recover off some HP if it has to. The last 4 EVs should go into Defense to give Charizard an odd HP number.

Dragon Claw should be used on Scarf Garchomp to give it a more reliable Dragon STAB. Use it over Fire Fang or Stone Edge.

Charizard is vulnerable to Stealth Rock, so Rapid Spin or Defog support would be appreciated:

Do you think it would be suitable to replace Azumarril with Manaphy (SpA), add Gengar, Excadrill and Deoxys-S (Lead Set-Up). Then remove Chansey and go for a hyper offensive team?

Speed Deoxys needs all the Speed it can get to outspeed as much things as it can. Max Attack investment is also preferred if it's using an offensive move. What KOs does Speed Deoxys achieve with its current Attack investment?

Max Speed and max Attack if you're running a physical offensive move. If you're not using offensive moves, the last 252 EVs can go into HP.
