My tumblr is right in my sig should you wish to follow tehehehe!!

I love tumblr though I haven't been on it as much due to life in general. I actually keep forgetting to even look at it. I just reblog a lot of nature and astrology like things. A long time ago I would reblog anything under it including a lot of depressing **** and then I was like "how is this helping me in anyway?" So now I just reblog positive things and it actually helps me de-stress a lot.

I like things just to put a tab on them and then do something with them later, so my likes are continually cleared out. I only have about three. I just reblog a lot. I also follow a couple bizarre world blogs to read about weird stories/happenings around the world.

I have tumblr, but it's mainly just for Game of Thrones/Ygritte/Rose Leslie stuff. I've never been able to really get into it as much as some people I know both on the internet and in real life. Plus, I can't really format anything to save my life, so my page always ends up looking like a mess.

You can find it by clicking any word in this sentence, if you'd like. Now that I've revisited it, all of the Jon/Ygritte stuff that happened on Game of Thrones has made me sad and now I'm going to go watch all of the episodes with Ygritte involved today.

No seriously, I'm in love with Tumblr. It's where I can go for a good laugh at the end of my day or when I'm feeling awful cause there's the funniest things on there. I sometimes wonder if the people there are insane, cause sometimes you find the most random messed up ****. But it's usually funny posts and things related to fandoms I'm in and it all makes me happy. I'm on it everyday and have the app on my iPod and check it when I can and usually spend 5-7 hours on Tumblr a day. So yup I am an addict. That's one reason why I don't check PC as often I used to, cause I have become beyond addicted to Tumblr. XD I usually post random stuff, but lately, I've been a bit more involved in the fandoms I'm in and reblogged a lot of stuff related to said fandoms. (Fandoms including , but not limited to Pokemon, Parks and Rec, Friends, Chris Pratt, Twenty One Pilots, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Owl City) Being involved with the fans of things I like has helped me made friends on there too. Just talking to people in the Parks and Rec/GOTG/Chris Pratt fandoms has given me at least hundred new followers. So I guess that's where my addiction continues cause now I'm interacting with big name bloggers and fans and making friendships and such.

But yeah, as much as I love Tumblr, this is the one thing that bothers me about it. There's a ton of annoying social-justice keyboard warrior bloggers on the site who get offended and "triggered" by everything. Some of them I can agree with if they have an intelligent argument or something I support already (gay rights for example), but some just make these stupid and illogical rants on everyone and everything and think they're higher and better than everyone else. There is a point where being offended or annoyed by something is too much, and a lot of bloggers cross that line.

Don't get me started on the porn. I've unfollowed a ton of blogs cause my dashboard was nothing but gifs/pictures of women boobs and people having sex. Women doing things not okay for this PG-13 forum. And I don't want to see that unless I purposely choose to look for it. Especially when in school or anywhere in public. -____-

I really don't like that Twitter now shows what your followers favourite, because every once and a while you'll hit something like that.

Which is fine for them and all, or yourself should you seek that out, but I really didn't ask to know what kind of stuff they were into lol

I don't use tumblr that often, but when I do I'm on there for hours. Probably really unhealthy :P

I used to use tumblr back then, when I was reblogging many stuffs of Pokemon and several Tokusatsu stuffs sometimes, plus occasional original content, but started to lose the interest for months due to heavy activities in other places and stuffs. Maybe I should get back there someday.

I'm glad I don't use Twitter that often then. And glad that tumblr doesn't have a feature like that where it shows what people you liked. Cause I'm sure there'd be more gils being banged to death on my dashboard if that was implemented. And given the things I've been liking on tumblr lately are more NSFW, then I'd hate if everyone can see it. (There are some blog themes that display your recent likes though you can see that when going to their blog) And when I go seek out porn on Tumblr, I usually only like it and not reblog (or post) it cause I know most people aren't wanting to see that (especially if they aren't into same kinks as I am) I'm glad there's more options to block that kind of stuff now though. Most of it isn't pleasing to me anyways.

These days I just post birds. Or funny pics.

You'd be surprised. There's actually a way to view likes by other people. However, it's pretty much unknown to most users on tumblr. Still... it exists.

I know that, it's not very easy though. There's certain extensions like XKit that let you see peoples likes and other extensions that do the same. Though I'm sure that's the only way to see likes right?

Speaking of XKit, anyone here use that? It's an amazing Tumblr extension and ever since downloading it, browsing and using Tumblr is a lot easier. I feel naked on Tumblr when I can't use it in school and on public computers. It's all kinds of amazing

Nope, there's a way for non-extension users and I won't bother giving out how since that will mean exposing your secrets. =D

In case anyone wants to hide their likes. P:

I used to have a theme that displayed my latest three likes to the public, but that was it. I guess some themes really do vary between one another in terms of what's displayed or not.

I've always gone with the generic theme since the beginning of time haha. :v

I should really start working on a custom one though. Eh... it'll happen someday.

I have a tumblr and I was really active on it last year. I was exclusively a Yu-Gi-Oh! blog for pretty much all summer, actually. That netted me a lot of followers and I was pretty well known in the YGO community, but then I started reblogging other things and YGO happened less and less and I lost some followers. Stuff happens! I don't use it much anymore though. I only really go to Tumblr when I want to look for fanart or if my boyfriend says he reblogged something for me.

For what it's worth though, my URL is seedbbychurine.

Edit: I accidentally just liked my own post. I don't know what to do.

Ohh I see what you're talking about

My theme is a custom theme which I found on Tumblr itself. So you could easily find one online, copy/paste the HTML in your HTML Box under Edit Theme, and then save. :)

They're simpler, more minimalist ones, but they're nice. There's thousands of blogs for themes so if those aren't your thing, you can look a few up. Or if you want to try making your own, go ahead if you know HTML better than I do haha.
