Pretty tutorial. And thanks, I'll be adding this to the resources thread.

Just a note though, maybe you should have zoomed in a bit on some parts, just so it's easier to show what you're doing.

I'll add some more tutorials, hopefully some advanced ones, such as doing larger sprite shades and so on.

Also, I'll add some comparisons and zoom ins on what I did.
