Wouldn't be a bad idea. What I'd like though is to be able to SKIP the entire added bits of the game. (You can do that with FR/LG by ignoring the areas.)

I still would like to see them add a new area. Sevii Islands could have a few major changes, or we could have the islands plus an entirely new region. Maybe.

And GameFreak has no excuse to use ugly generic buildings now that we're in the fourth generation (though the third generation works the same way too). I wanna see the Viridian Trainer Hall. And a radio tower in Lavender that doesn't look like every other building.

Important buildings are usually done fancily.
I'm sure if Kanto comes back, it will be wonderful.

Fight fight fight? You had to chase a team rocket member, invade Misty's date at Cape Brink, find a machine part underwater in a gym, and deliver the part to a power plant. Is that not enough plot for you!?! That wasn't even a sliver of the importance of Kanto. Please don't under appreciate things that won't always be there.

I don't know what's so special about interrupting a date or getting a machine part out of a Gym. I'm not under appreciate, I just don't think there was a plot in Kanto. You win all the badges, and you push-over one Rocket Grunt. Not a plot to me.



You need to expand on your ideal "bigger plot" or else your post is a waste of space.

Like adding on to the TR Grunt mission. Having more than just one grunt, instead of still a piece of the machine steal the whole thing, hidden te pieces all over Kanto. Do something.

Say, guys? Because this was originally a thread speculating whether the games would come out (to the point that it dates to 2008) I'll just be closing this and starting a new one. :P

(The thread owner should be proud though. It's like he's on the money, hahaha.)
