I kind of "cheated" to figure it out. Peeked at the script. I'll just say Zel has made it a very hard Pokemon to obtain.
But I've got a question, is it actually possible to get Jirachi in this beta? I got about half way and gave up, and then edited your script to get it. (Cheating is a victimless crime, isn't it...?) I guess it must be just barely possible.

Yeah i know i will never ever in my life find jirachi i opened SG in advance map and i couldnt find it i think that maybe theres an item to get jirachi on the pillar of wishes.

Also, when will Carlos vs me, everyone keeps saying he's looking for me, or something bad is going to happen ... What am I supposed to do?

• Power Plant
• Silph Company
• Misty and Ash
• Beaten the gyms

Celebi: Get the GS Ball in your trip to Kanto. Beat L.T Surge (Vermillion) and Sabrina (Saffron). Now call Prof Elm from a Phone Booth and go to Vermillion to take the ship to Johto. Talk to Prof Elm in New Bark, and then go to Azalea Town and talk to Kurt. Walk a little, and he will give you back the GS Ball. Now go to the Ilex Forest. It's in level 30.
