Hey. I made a front sprite for a Mewtwo and Deoxys splice and Feraligatr and Ghastly splice. I'm gonna do the back sprite and icon. I might patch it onto a ruby rom and maybe do the starter evolutions as well, if I have time.

There are somethings that I notice about your map:

1: It's pretty empty.. try filling it with tree's and stuff
2: The door you use is meant as a window
3: There's no way to get to the cave you made(except making at least 2 maps around this map)
4: The mix up between grass and mountain didn't quite fit.
5: your trees have no "roots"..

But keep on practicing, you'll get better

reading tuts on mapping can greatly improve ur mappings skills.

reading tuts in general are helpful for teaching hacking methods. trust me and most people here on that.

maybe spread the trees out. they look a little unnatural, clumped liek that.

that island is a little inacesssable by any means aside from a water route next to it so look into that, houses shouldnt be lined up so square like....

u can make it a shed and the rumbling can be an earthquake. then the shed breaks and everyone forgets about it.

Hi again, to get rid of the truck, I think you need to use Hex...I'm not entirely sure though. I see jayhova_l Looks like a decent mapper, I would use him/her as your lead mapper.

Hey adamb, thanks for the comment. Actually, you cant edit the inside of the truck because the game will crash. when I played it on VBA the game crashed and shut my CPU off. It also semi-bricked my PSP when i played it on my PSP. Ill look around for the Hex thing.

You can remap the truck... And then you can also use it as a room ( And use your original room as something else ;) )

Btw, your map still need three connections if it were to be perfect..
And it's still pretty empty....
