banned cuz electivire is cooler than magnezone. also are electabuzz and magmar the only pokemon to have an evolved form added and a previous form added? ik some had baby pokemon added like pichu and munchlax, and others had evolutions added like magnezone and eevees newer evolved forms.

Roselia had both a baby form and an evolution added in gen 4.
So banned for that.
